Tony showed up right on time, same day, immediately diagnosed and fixed the problem within ten minutes. He showed me what was wrong and explained what he was doing. My AC was blowing Frosty air again within seconds of the fix. He was even cool talking to my dogs. Great pricing, friendly tech, contactless payment too. SUPER happy with Franzen. Thanks, Tony!!!

I had the misfortune of buying a home with an antiquated Apollo system, and nobody in my area wants to touch the thing. Through internet searches and talking to various contractors, I was referred to Franzen because they have experience with the system. Tony was kind enough to speak with me and share his knowledge about some repairs, maintenance, and a flushing procedure, even though I'm from out of state (Virginia). If I lived in the Aurora area, I would 100% hire these guys to work on my HVAC based on the positive interaction.

Our furnace stopped working during a recent cold snap. Franzen installed an ac unit 2 years ago so we called them first about the furnace. Tony sent a technician out same day and we decided it was time to replace the 25 yr old furnace. The installation was completed within
a few hours. Very professional and would recommend anyone needing HVAC to call them.

I can't say enough about this company. I found them 2 years ago in which they did a quick fix on our air conditioner! It was pretty old. They pointed out that the freon might not hold when they put it in being so we might have a leak and our furnace possibly had a leak as well. They answered all my questions and took the time to give quotes for both air conditioner and furnace. When it came time to replace our furnace they came in 2 days to do it and did it right and stayed to explain everything to us before leaving it. Friday the 13th of may Logan,Dalton and Tony all were here putting in our new air conditioner after many hours of hard work in the hottest of days we had air. They are like family to us. Thanks so much for all your hard work and dedication to our family. You have gained a friend and customer for life. 😁😁
