We have had both our furnace and air conditioner unit completely stop working in the last five months. For both issues, Mike came out and completely remedied the problem. For our furnace, he essentially took everything apart and put our furnace back together after the blower went out and had to be replaced. For our air conditioner, he recognized the problem and fixed it both inside and outside, which was another broken fuse. We had our furnace and air conditioner replaced in the last five years and had been using the company that installed the units come out for service calls, but there was always an issue with repair and we had to have the company come out multiple times a year, and I just couldn't fathom paying that other place any more money for what are essentially new units. After using Ibbotson this year we will never use a different company again for our HVAC needs.

Had a furnace inspection by another company which said our heating element was burned out and couldn't be replaced because of the age of our unit and quoted $7,000 for a new furnace. I called Ibbotson for a quote on a new furnace and, after inspection, said that they could replace the element for $500. Furnace now works great. Good company.

I would tell anyone that Ibbitson is an honest business. They listen to the customer and work in alignment with correct heating and cooling guidelines. They do not make up stories telling you to buy a whole new heater or a/c unit.

I called them needing parts for my discontinued humidifier. The process was painless. I called on the phone and when I got there, everything was ready and waiting for me on the counter. The guy who rang me up helped to listen to my diagnosis and advise if I was in the right track or not.

We needed a new boiler in December!Very professional staff had us up and running in less than a day!
They did a great job a accomadating us as my wife was recovering from surgery.

Seem like nice people, but I called for a limit switch and they wanted $43 for a $4.17 part that I ended up getting from Harry Alter in Elk Grove! That's some kind of price gouging during this violent episode of As China Contaminates The World.....AGAIN. Peace out.
