Excellent work, neat,clean , quick. Have used them for all heating and cooling.

I had a great experience. I walked into their store front and purchased a component for my water heater. The people there were very nice. Unfortunately, the component did not solve my issue and I had to purchase a new water heater. So I called them to have people come in to perform the work. The service technicians were very nice and performed the work quickly. All of this took place over the span of about 4 hours.

I wish I would have called Ibbotson's sooner! I needed to have a new AC and Air Handler installed, I was working with another company and had a horrible experience (after 30 days they could not complete the job). I called Ibbotson's to complete the job (pretty much from scratch). Not only were their prices reasonable, but they were able to complete the job in one day as expected. Frank was one of the installers. I forget the name of who else came with him, but they were fantastic too. Rich was my salesperson, and he perfectly explained what was needed and how the day of installation would look like. I had a couple questions before install and the office was very responsive in answering my questions. Overall, it was a great experience and I will be using Ibbotson's going forward and highly recommend them.

I have been a customer with Ibbotson for over 20 years and most recently we had a very unpleasant and frustrating encounter with one of their technicians. Our air conditioner was diagnosed with a broken coil which was leading to a Freon leak after only being used for a few seasons. The process of getting it fixed was drawn out due to a shortage of coils and Ibbotson’s technicians having to come and refill the Freon levels over the course of the summer in order to keep our home cooled which was frustrating.

On one of those visits, Kevin, one of the technicians, was checking on the system and on my complaints about the house not getting properly cooled. At one point during our talk he ends up saying that I am “last” on their list for getting the coil replaced because I didn’t “need” it and that he was “tired” of me. As someone with a relatively new unit, repairs/refills coming out to over $800 despite still being on warranty, in the dead of summer, the malicious comments were completely unnecessary

We had one of our furnaces not working properly on an extremely cold day just before Thanksgiving. They responded quickly to see what the problem was, had someone out the next day to install a new furnace. Everyone was polite, did great work, and was there when they said they would be. They even helped us with our humidifier that hadn't been working. We have used them in the past and will continue to use them in the future. I would highly recommend them!

We've been using them for at least ten years and we are consistently happy with their service. Very professional. We just called them to repair our AC and decided it was time to give them the 5 star rating they've earned over time.

I had my air conditioning checked and cleaned. The Ibbotson serviceman was excellent! I needed a new filter, he showed me how dirty it was. He took his time to clean my unit. I had so many of those leaves( we call them airplane leaves ) in my unit. He took extra care and even rinsed it out. It is a pleasure to have someone that does such a great job!! I am going to ask for him again, because I could see he loves his job. By the way, his name was Chris.

Just had a furnace and a/c installed and I'm very pleased. Rich gave a fair and honest estimate. I had quotes from 5 other highly rated companies who were recommended by friends, family, and neighbors. Derrick and Tony were perfect and I'm pretty picky. Do your own research but these guys were fantastic from start to finish.

Called them up for A/C maintenance, within 5 days the A/C completely stopped working. It’s less than 5yrs old and has been working perfectly. They came over within couple hours to check it and said we need a new one. Reallly disappointed. will never ever use them again. How can a compressor full go non functional within handful of days after tuning. I regret for calling them couple weeks before long weekend, our weekend is ruined and I get to pay $5k to get a new unit.

Mike arrived on time and performed in a very professional manner.
He also made recommendation on switching to a filter that would offer more efficient operation of the furnace.
Very happy with the whole experience
