Ibbotson just finished installing a new furnace and A/C at my home. I couldn't be happier. The quote that I got from Rich was very competitive, and he was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. The "crew" Dave, Mike and Corey were a pleasure to have in my home! They did great work, and were very "COVID aware". I look forward to them coming out for annual checkups!

Start of a 90* week and the motor goes out in my furnace, so no air conditioning. I called them in the morning and they had a technician arrive in the afternoon. He actually had the motor with him for a 28 year old system. Couldn't be happier with the service and the response time. Highly recommended!!

Called Ibbotson and expressed a displeasure with a local competing company and the length at which I had to wait in order to schedule a maintenance appointment. Aaron who took my call made it a point to help me out and schedule me for an appointment ASAP. He was able to get me in the next day instead of waiting a month and half for my appointment with the other competing company (where I also paid into their membership program). Aaron took care of me which is why I will keep my business with Ibbotson. Well done.

Awesome!! They helped make an awful situation bearable. Our furnace died at 11:00pm on a Sunday. We left a message on their emergency line. They returned our call first thing when they opened on Monday. Brian came out rigged a blower motor to get us heat again until a new furnace could be installed. He was here for almost 2 hours. Didn't charge us anything. No service call charge. No labor charge. No charge for the borrowed motor. He did all this for us so we could make it thru til a new furnace (and as it turns out a new water heater) could installed!! We called out a few others who could only give us estimates on a new furnace but could solve or care to try to solve our current dilemma...we had no heat during a wicked cold spell. Ibbotson treated us like family. They really cared about making the customer happy and not just about the bottom line. A rare quality in our world today. Their prices were also not inflated to take advantage of our situation. Brian was honest and straight forward. Not trying to sell us anything we didn't want or need. We honestly could not have asked for a better experience. Customer service was beyond compare and the installers were friendly, efficient, and left the area in our furnace room cleaner than when they arrived!!! We highly recommend ibbotson!!

When I needed to replace my furnace and AC, I called Ibbotson who sent me their two highly skilled technicians, Toby and Marco, to do the job. In addition to their good work, they were helpful, courteous, and gave me complete explanation of the furnace, AC and new thermostat before they left. My experience is an A+ for the service rendered.

Alex from Ibbotson's came out for some regular maintenance in September. Alex was professional, cleaned up after himself and was extremely helpful. He took the time to tell me what he was doing, what may need to be replaced and when in the future, and gave his honest opinion on what he would do with my setup which I very much appreciated. I have been using Ibbotson's for years and Alex is just another reason to keep them coming back for regular maintenance and for all my ac and furnace needs.

I have a unique situation, an old house with a 32-year-old air-handler in the attic and flexible duct-work. I had 5 quotes including the one who advertise with the utility bill. All quotes were in the same price range. However, Ibbotson suggested a modern air handler, which has two separate modules, blower, and a coil; so, if anything goes wrong in the future, only that defective module can be replaced instead of replacing the entire air-handler. This modular air-handler requires some duct modification. On the other hand, all the others wanted to keep the same existing brand mono air-handler, so they do not have to modify the duct. I did some research and found out that the air handler unit suggested by Ibbotson is the way to go, but it is more expensive than the existing brand all the other companies are suggesting. With all the extra modification of the duct work and upgraded air-handler, Ibbetson quote was still fair and competitive. Also, I asked several friends who had HVAC installation done by Ibbotson, and they all suggested to go with them. So, I decided to go with Ibbotson, and I stand by my decision.
I noticed that the Ibbotson’s installation crew are very professional and knowledgeable, Ken, James, and Nick worked on my project. During installation the lead tech Ken found out that the existing refrigerant line may be the cause of the leak on my old system. So, they ran a new refrigerant line on a two-story house to the attic with no additional cost. Also, he makes sure that the new line is hidden in the corner, so it is not easily visible and looks like a sore thumb. This was not an easy task, James managed to crawl in a corner of the attack to do this. They also noticed my main duct was smashed at several places, they replaced it with a new one. Also, for the condensation water, they installed an additional backup drain line including a pan and safety switch in case both drainpipes get clogged and water does not come through the ceiling.
I own 4 properties including 3 rentals and over the years came across many HVAC technicians. I have never seen such a talented team of professionals. Ken, James, and Nick you guys did an outstanding job with the installation.

My furnace stopped working so I called Ibbotson. A technician showed up within 25 minutes and found the problem and had his shop send over the replacement part. Great experience!

Our 38 year old furnace died on us in early March, when it was is still cold. We didn't want any cheap heating installer company. I was looking for good qaultiy heating company that we can rely on for years to come. Ibbotsen heating co. Installed our parent's furnace and a.c. more than 25 years ago and they were very happy with them. We were looking for good qaultiy work and good price. We had 5 estimates and decided to go with Ibbotsen. We got a Lennox high efficiency Furnace, air purifier, hummunifire, and Air conditioner. Also we asked them to install more service ducts, return ducts, dryer vent, and exaust fan vent trought brick wall. Brian, the Ibbotson Heating representative, scheduled the install right way since we didn't have heat in the house.
I am very picky and I watched them through out installing everything. I am sure that i made them crazy but they said they would rather have me to be happy with everything. Even the owner came out to check everything and make sure we are happy.
They did good quality job, explained everything, and finished everything on time and as promised that is why I give them 5 stars.
