    Our Air conditioner stopped working today so I called Elite Systems INC, and they came out within the hour. They had it fixed in no time. What a great experience this was. It is over 100° today and with a newborn at home I was super worried, but they had the parts on hand and had it back cooling the house in no time. Thanks for the great service.

    Unethical, irresponsible, undependable and price gouging!
    Elite Systems charged me a total of more than $775 for a $155 - $175 part (Google: “Fasco A246 blower”) and a less than 20 minute non technical R&R service, 5 very easily accessed and removable screws and an electrical plug (YouTube: “Inducer blower replacement”).
    From Angie’s List (2017): “…Replacement cost depends a lot on make and model - the motor/fan unit can run as low as around $100 to around $500 (contractor charge-out cost including markup), and installation can run from 1/2-2 hours commonly so from around $75-150 at low end (minimum trip charge) for an easily replaced unit to as high as $300-400 labor for a hard to get at or remove one. Around $300-500 would probably be the expected "normal" total cost range unless your replacement unit is quite expensive - so maybe on the order of 10-15% or a totally new furnace, so unless yours is very old and on its last legs this repair would not be something that would normally make a person think of replacing their furnace - especially since yours is likely relatively young if it has an inducer fan - which almost certainly means (unless you have a weird flue configuration) that it is already a higher efficiency unit.”
    I called Elite Systems for help repairing a broken Inducer Blower on my high efficiency gas furnace. I told the very friendly lady that answered what the problem was, the make & model of my furnace and the part I need to have replaced. She said she would have someone come right over. The service person arrived in a timely manner and said he had to diagnose the trouble that I had already diagnosed. He confirmed my diagnoses and tried to talk me into getting a new furnace. After telling him no he ordered the part I assumed he would bring with him. He said he would be back the next day to install the part but I had to pay a $75 diagnostic charge today and it is in addition to the installation charge (I had already diagnosed the trouble and had the part numbers for the replacement unit). No one quoted me or informed me of a separate diagnostic charge. Since it was late afternoon and I had no heat I paid the charge and agreed to the next day install.
    I waited the entire next day for a service person to arrive. After not hearing from or being notified by anybody, at about 4:45 PM I called Elite Systems for status on my repair. My call went to voice mail. I left a message requesting a callback. After not getting a callback I called again about 5:15 PM. The friendly lady answered my call and apologized for the screw-up and would see to it that someone called me the next day (My furnace still wasn’t working). She called back the next morning and said a service person would be arriving soon to replace the broken blower. The tech arrived about two hours later. It took the tech less than 20 minutes to R&R the blower, after several trips back and forth to his van and doing his paperwork. I angrily paid the $700 plus charge and requested a part and labor charge breakdown. The tech didn’t have that information but instructed me to call “the office” to get that information. I called and am still waiting for a callback from Elite Systems, but my furnace is now operational.
    BOTTOM LINE: Only do business with ethical, responsible, dependable and honest businesses. I do understand that some businesses operate with the philosophy of “Consumer Beware”. I, like many others, resent being taken advantage of.

    My furnace had stopped working and called there office, they were very courteous and they sent Andrew out and he diagnosed the problem within 15 minutes and had my furnace repaired, I had called another company and they came out and told me it was going to be a 500.00 repair and they would have to order the part and it would be 3-5 days before it arrived. So glad I got ahold of Elite.

    We woke up with out any heat in our home and I called first thing in the morning, someone called me back with in the hour and had a guy come out an hour later, we are a ways from town so I did not think this could happen so fast. I was so impressed with how quickly they had us back up with a warm house!
