Our technician has been Andrew Gretzner for the last three services that we have needed. He is always on time, professional and breaks it down so that we understand what is being fixed or was is needed. Andrew never tries to rip us off or replace parts that are still working, they only fix what needs to be fixed which is hard to come by these days! Andrew and Mikey went above and beyond to help tune up my parents' air conditioning. They were polite, professional, and thorough, and had to stay late because of a payment issue with our home warranty. They were real troopers and we would highly recommend them.

Furnace stopped working right before Christmas. Elite was available immediately to fix it. Andrew came on time, was very courteous and clean (had a mask on the whole time, even wore covers on his shoes in case he needed to come inside). Diagnosed the issue, cleaned, and replaced some parts and got it working again in less than 15 minutes. Extremely friendly and prompt, i'll definitely call them again if I have any other issues. It took 2 weeks for them to finally come out and service our A/C unit after I opened a claim with our home warranty company. Part of that time we were without A/C while it was 90-100 degrees out. I had to call them multiple times (probably 5 times) before they actually scheduled me. I was always just told that a dispatcher would call me to schedule which they never did. I was finally told they had my number in the system wrong but they had called me back once to tell me someone would call me to schedule and no one ever did. I realize that it is a busy time of year, but felt that I wasn't a priority since I was going through my home warranty. Once the tech came out he was great and was able to diagnose the problem and fix it. He would get 5 stars. The customer service with scheduling would get 2 stars.

The office staff was very friendly and professional. Especially Sarah. They were able to answer my questions and I will be calling back for a bid in the future.

Andrew did a fantastic job repairing our air conditioner. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem and repair it during the service call. He also waited for awhile to make sure the system was running correctly.

I have used Elite Systems, of Boise since purchasing this home in 2006. Just had Rex from Elite Systems do an outstanding service on my furnace that was beginning to have problems. He kept me informed as to what he was inspecting and why, and was finished quickly.
