Elite Systems INC is fantastic!! My a/c system went down during 102 degree days. They were able to work me into the schedule same day I called. Andrew was great, quick and explained everything to me.
I highly recommended!!

The ladies from Elite Systems called to set up appointment to do a heater tune-up once I requested the service thru my home warranty company. They did a great job to make sure I had all the details. Before the technician arrived I was sent a text with the name and picture of the technician. Andrew did an exceptional job doing the heater-tune. He explained a lot of details of how things works. I will definitely call Elite Systems next time I have any problems.

Elite Systems was recommended to us via word of mouth. We had not heard of them otherwise. I am so happy we gave them a shot out of the 6 companies who came and gave us estimates!

John came out to provide us a project estimate for a complete a/c, furnace, and water heater replacement. He was up front about costs and timeline, and we never felt pressured. He gave us space to make our decision (which we appreciate)! We felt what was offered was a quality product for a more than reasonable price with a great warranty. He also followed up throughout install and afterward to make sure we were taken care.

Skip did our install and was very polite and tidy. He made sure to send the notification about his arrival (also appreciated because....dogs & kids). He installed everything very thoroughly, nothing put together haphazardly and our garage and bedrooms were swept up and cleaned from debris.

We are looking forward to working with them for our maintenance program!

We had a thermostat issue, so we requested a service through our home warranty. Sometimes the companies that contract with home warranties aren't great, but Elite Systems was AWESOME! Ian showed up and figured out what was going on and got our thermostat replaced on the spot and quickly. He had a great attitude, was well informed, friendly, and efficient. If we were staying in the area, I would ONLY use them from now on. Ian deserves ALL the kudos! Great work!

Andrew came out today to fix my heater and was a total pro in every way. He was even a few minutes early (amazing, nobody's on time these days). He donned a mask, even clean booties over his shoes, all w/out asking which made my wife VERY happy. He got right down to business and figured out the problems right away. This guy is good. After he fixed the problems, he even gave me several recommendations on upgrading the heater (it's original to the house and is 40+ yrs old). I rarely write reviews, but the service from these guys was exceptional, so I felt compelled to do it this time.

Sarah Lowden in the office got me set up with a monthly membership that protects my hvac system all year long. They even drop off filters!

I had a wonderful experience with Elite Systems! My air conditioner was not running correctly so we had them come check it out! Ian arrived on time, was super professional, and very informative. He got the job done quickly, and fixed the issue with no problems or hesitations. He let me know exactly what he did and now my AC works wonderfully! Thank you Ian and Elite Systems!

This winter, based on a referral from someone I respect, I used Elite Systems for the very first time to service and repair our furnace. I was very, very impressed with Elite Systems. Elite is appropriately named, because they provided “elite” and exceptional customer service in every way.

When we called them they were able to schedule us on a timely basis, had excellent communication skills, and arrived on the scheduled time. The technician, Bob, was very nice, helpful and informative about what services he was providing, and he identified an item that needed to be repaired, which he did quickly and well. And, their pricing was very reasonable.

I was also happy to support a local, family owned business.

Our furnace suddenly stopped working. It would turn on and then almost immediately turn off. Although Elite was completely booked, Andrew was sent out late the same day I called. He performed several diagnostics and was able to identify the problem. He obtained a necessary part the next day, but there was difficulty getting it installed because of the way other parts had been installed. That did not deter Andrew. He worked diligently, even to the point of taking the troublesome parts back to his shop to work on. The end result is that our furnace was fixed. Andrew demonstrated a true commitment to getting the job done, even working well past “quitting time.” He kept us informed throughout the process and made us feel that our situation was important to him. He was an example of outstanding customer service. When I spoke to Andrew’s boss, Loren, I was told that customer service is emphasized at Elite, and that Andrew came by it naturally. I was not surprised. If you want an HVAC company that cares, this is the one.

Since I wrote the above review, Elite Systems has been out two more times: to do the annual tune-up on our air conditioner and the annual tune-up on our furnace. On the latter visit, I also asked them to service our gas fireplace insert. Andrew came out both times and did a great job. He not only made sure everything was working, but took time to explain some of the components, how best to care for them, and projected their serviceability for the future (preparing me for possible future expenses). I have a homeowner’s warranty service; I am so impressed by Andrew and the service provided by Elite Systems that I proactively ask the warranty company to refer my HVAC service calls to Elite.
