    Updating my review - you can see the nice comment below of the company trying to reach out and make things right. I called and asked for the woman who posted the review and told them why I was calling....she had no idea what I was talking about. She then got another person involved and they told me they would look into it and get back to me. 1 week later I get a phone call saying they aren’t willing to do anything about this and their decision to not refund me for a service call with a deceitful lying business still stands. I explained my frustration of wasting my time going through this again and how they made another mistake and they need to own up to it...then she hung up on me mid sentence when we were in the middle of a conversation. Such a joke!

    If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. I had a service tech come out to my house because my hvac kept on going in and out. I knew it was going to be a little more on the expensive side since I was have a tech come out on the weekend, which was fine. He told me that my flame detector was out, and replacing it was going to cost $300+ on top of the $90 service fee that I had to pay to have him come out. I said that I was going to wait and do more research because I was not comfortable paying that high fee. I ended up calling the furnace installer, and he told me that he has never replaced a flame detector in the 17 years that he has worked in the business. Turns out, the flame detector just needs to be cleaned periodically, and is routine for all of his service calls. It only took 2 minutes, was a $10 part, and my furnace was back working perfectly! I am so disappointed that a company would try and take advantage of someone like this. I will be calling their office on Monday to get my money back.

    I had an issue with my A/C not blowing cold air. I called my home owners insurance.. they sent Elite Systems to check it out. It was on a Saturday so I'm thinking it's going to cost a fortune or I can't have anyone come for weeks at best. Andrew sent me a text saying he would be here soon. In no time, he was here and hard at work trying to figure it out. Thank God, Andrew's patienc and determination and hard work paid off. He replaced a part, changed my filter, I was back in business.     Elite Systems, service's our furnace and A/C. They always text reminders of when they'll be coming out and the the day of with information on the technician , so we know who to expect. Bob was out again today, he's always on time, friendly, and efficient! I would highly recommend Elite Systems, professional, courteous, and knowledgeable!

    I manage a coffee shop, my power cord needed to be replaced; it was shorting out and causing me a major headache. I called Katy; who was able to get it ordered (this is not a “standard” power cord, had to come directly from the company:..in Italy), she was able to find it and have it shipped quickly.
    Loren came out himself, we turned off the machine (the #1 piece of equipment we have), Loren unplugged it and said “oh no”. That is NEVER something you want to hear. He showed the that the plug wasn’t working because it had MELTED AND BROKE OFF INSIDE THE PLUG!!!! This happened at 2pm on a Thursday. My mind was racing trying to understand that we might have to close the business for a few days (or longer), Loren said “okay, I am going to try my hardest to find a solution to this problem”. I heard him call the office and say “clear my schedule for the day”. He assured me he would do his best. He would stay in constant contact with me throughout the process. I gave him a key to my shop, went home and was texting staff to let them know we had a MAJOR problem, as time went by I was becoming more and more anxious. Three hours later, he sent me a group of photos.... IT WAS FIXED AND READY!!!! I started crying with relief and I couldn’t be happier. Loren was my hero that day and very say since!! I have had other equipment fixed and maintained thru his company, all of his crew are so good! I would trust them with anything! Great people, they don’t charge an arm, leg plus your first born, just really amazing people.

    Updating my review: When Elite first came out in the summer to “fix” my iced AC unit outside, they got us to purchase their yearly protection program. They came out this fall to look things over and replace filters right before we left on a vacation. They told us that our surface igniter was going out and gave us a quote for it. When we got home from our trip, we had no heat. We discovered that the thermocouple hadn’t been plugged in, something a professional wouldn’t leave undone or need to unhook for an inspection in the first place. A week ago, we discovered the insulated ducting coming from the furnace was full of water. Elite lost our trust, so we went with a difference company. The technician came out and told us when our AC froze in the summer, ice had formed in the unit inside as well and once it melted, it went into the ducting. If Elite knew anything, they would have known that and taken care of it in the summer before it because a problem. They cannot be trusted.

    Original post: My HVAC went out today. There was ice on the pipes on the outside unit and I was concerned since it will be hot this week. I called Elite Systems and was very fortunate that they had techs in my area. I had two wonderful experts at my door within 30 minutes. They were respectful and honest and were great to work with. Highly recommend!

    Worst place ever! Filed a claim thru our home warranty the first week of May! We are now at the beginning of July! They have dragged their feet this whole time. All our warranty needs is a detailed report of the issue and bids and they havent sent it. First Danni says she can not send that info to the warranty… makes no sense now today she says they dont have the detailed report shes waiting for the contractor to write it up!!!! Are you joking ?! The contractor came to our house in May and he still hasnt written the report?! its been well over 100 degrees since the claim was submitted. I have 3 kids at home this is ridiculous! I Will NEVER recommend elite to anyone. Terrible customer service!!!
