Central Air Systems

The service guy who came to my house, did not have important parts to repair my A/C fan. Not even a simple fuse! He has to leave to buy from auto zone. He gave a “bad relay” diagnosis and told me to buy the part myself and that i have to do it myself too coz according to him, the company does not make money off With just labor alone but with parts! This aside from other issues that took place during his so- called diagnosis!
This guys did not appear to be trained by the company on professionalism and being service oriented. My AC was not repaired and did not have a clear diagnosis of what is wrong with it and why is the AC fan not working. Ofcourse i was charges $120 for “diagnosis and the auto zone fuse!
