The entire team of employees were honest, respectable, diligent, and well mannered.
The administrative team always answered the phone, always got back with me, constantly rescheduled me without hassle, (This was my doing - not anyone from Craig's AC).
The AC repair team was on time, professional, and most importantly honest. They could have easily fooled me into believing this "repair" would cost hundreds or even thousands of dollars. Instead they made some simple "adjustments" and everything with my AC was fine.
I was even late with my payment, (Regrettably), and the team at Craig's AC was always cordial - its much appreciated.
Lastly, I just referred my own mother to this business - that should tell you everything you need to know about this first class establishment.

I purchased an air conditioner from Craig for my Condo. It wasn't cold enough and he changed it out to a bigger system even though it wasn't his responsibility as we just wanted to replace a broken one of same BTU. He had the best prices of anyone. So impressed, we use his company for our office and house. Same day service, excellent prices, super professional. I give his company the highest possible rating.

Arrived early and got straight to work. They were extremely professional and worked all day to replace my entire AC unit. Super hard workers. Noah and his team were amazing and I can't thank them enough!! They were so respectful and wasted no time!

KA was very fast and knowledgeable. The a/c was not tightened enough so our refrigerant was leaking. He tightened it and then added refrigerant done.thank you for your service.

Air-conditioning technicians provided excellent and professional service. They worked quickly and thoroughly explaind the work performed and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend them for your home central air-conditioning needs.

They service my ac every year. Never had an issue. Techs are always professional.

Poor serviceable, unprofessional. I asked estimate to Mr.Derek 2 weeks ago but I couldn't get any information of estimation. I called several times leave my massage to him. No response. Really disappointed service.

Left an email for a quote and never had a reply. Giving 2 stars in the event they finally email me back with an explanation.

The guys where knowledgeable and fast. Plus on time. Highly recommend.
