They provided us with a portable air conditioner so we could stay cool while the installation was being done. Each staff was kind and professional, and top management displayed a similar level of care and professionalism. They managed the installation until it was finished, and we were content and cool. I have no difficulty in recommending them to friends and family. Expect a long-lasting connection.

The staff was courteous and knowledgeable. They took their time to address all of our inquiries and resolve the AC blower problem. It took them a long day and nearly nine in the evening to fix the blower and get our new AC functioning properly. However, they were able to troubleshoot and diagnose the problem. The quality of the work was superb, the install team were punctual, polite and professional and it is clear they take pride in their work. We had a number of quotes from other suppliers and they all appeared to try and sell us what they wanted us to have and at an inflated price. Matt listened to what we wanted, gave good advice and the price was much lower than all the others and he supplied top quality Mitsubishi units. We are over the moon and cant wait for the sun to come out so we can enjoy our new purchase, could not recommend this company highly enough.
