Cannot recommend them enough! Thoroughly pleased with the sales and service we received. We recently retired and are thankful that we could trust Rafal. From the installation standpoint, they did it the next day and while it was supposed to be a simple installation, there was a rhythmic noise that was barely audible when the furnace was running. The guys worked for hours narrowing down the source of the noise and were able to fix it with a couple of screws. So thankful for Rafal being honest and upfront about costs and what to expect. Rafal were very careful to respect our home and didn’t stop working until the job was done and all expectations met. Definitely five star service from everyone!
