    From start to finish I had a great experience with Island Comfort. From the initial estimate to the installation we had no issues. Island Comfort installed a quality Lennox central AC for us which is used year round out in Ewa. Other HVAC companies offered inferior systems for roughly the same cost. We’re very happy that Island Comfort installed our system through Costco and a shout out to Lionel for being so prompt and thorough in providing an initial estimate. Highly recommended!

    I have used Island Comfort services since 2019 and they have always been incredible and professional. I purchased a split AC system with 2 condensers and 4 AC units in 2019 with a great price through Home Depot. Every year, I call them to do deep cleaning to maintenance my AC system. All their staffs always are courteous and provide top notch service. My AC system is still running freezing cold like a brand new one after almost 4 years. I would recommend everyone to try their services, either directly or through Home Depot. Thanks Island Comfort for bringing best AC services to Hawaii.

    Issac, Shane, and Joshua from Island comfort did a phenomenal job in installing our AC. We were told that it was going to take a couple of days to install the unit but these guys were able to get the job done the same day.     My experience with the Island Comfort sales person at Lowe's was great, he was engaging and very helpful.

    The sales contract writer promised things that his installers would not do, such as location of AC in rooms, how the electrical was going to be run. I did not want conduit showing on the front of my house, the sales contract writer said that that wouldn't happen when the installers came. There needs to be better communication between what the sales contract writer promises and the installers. As the home owner I think that the conduit runs showing on the front of the home decreases curb appeal. Even after going through that with the sales contract writer, there is now conduit running in the front of my house. Very, very disappointing.

    The installers were OK, they did their job, the were not clean and tidy, and had to use the bathroom in our house a great many times. I found this off putting as it was a good way for folks to case a residence. Found screws and parts in my driveway, and would have had to have my tire repaired if I had not seen them before I drove in. Also, they ate lunch and threw their rubbish in my plastic and class recyclables rather than walk to the other side of the driveway (less that 5 yards) and throw them in the trash. They left their drill/screwdriver battery charger in my garage and had to make another trip to pick it up.

    Heard the commercial on 95.5 FM The Fish. Jessica was friendly over the phone. Zeke was professional & knowledgeable when he did his estimate. The contract was done quickly with no surprises at a good price. The technicians Lenny & Spencer were hard working & had positive attitudes installing our 3 split air units.They were grateful when we fed them beef stew, rice & brownies for lunch. Mahalo Island Comfort for a job well done. We will recommend your company to our family & friends!

    It was a pleasure doing business with Island Comfort Air Conditioning from start to finish. I had first called to ask about repair services for my parents’ broken unit. Kari took my call and scheduled a technician to come by the following day. In addition, she kept contacting us throughout the entire process, making sure all of our needs were met.

    We were hopeful when Barrett came by to inspect the broken unit. Despite the fact that our older unit was beyond repair and a new system was needed, he was very honest in his assessment of the situation and recommended the size of a split system to install. Realizing the company had a Daikin unit in stock, he quickly got on the phone and spoke with Kari. They had relayed the information to a service advisor, Jeff, who was heading our way. He pulled in as soon as Barrett left and helped my mother with a system recommendation and quote. I was relieved to hear that they would remove and recycle the old unit as part of their service! We received a great deal from Jeff and was able to have the installation scheduled first thing on the next day.

    Albert and Lenny arrived the next morning to begin the installation of Daikin split system unit. The installation was top notch and technicians were extremely professional. As I mentioned before, our broken system was removed and they took care of the disposal. The installed Daikin system requires minimal maintenance (cleaning filters) and is user friendly. When the unit was powered on, I could immediately feel the difference. I know that I can count on Island Comfort Air Conditioning in case my parents have any questions or issues with the unit.

    All of the representatives from Island Comfort Air Conditioning (Kari, Barrett, Jeff, Lenny, and Albert) were courteous and professional. If you are in need of repairs or even a new system to install in your home, do not hesitate to contact this company. Not only will you receive exemplary customer service (which is why my mom likes them), but they also have quality products. They have exceeded all of our expectations! Mahalo Nui Loa!

    I filled up a form at the local hardware store for an estimate on putting a split AC system and their salesman Zeke Salazar came to do a walk thru. He wrote me an estimate for Lennox on a piece of notebook.
    I was intending to go ahead with his proposal but had a question about the price that he wrote so I called him but he was busy and said he would call me back. I waited for several days , no response.
    I called him back a couple of times but he didn't pick up the phone and responded with a text message saying that he was busy to talk.
    Until today he didn't bother to call me back. His unprofessional manner tells me that customers are not important to him.

    The guys were very professional and courteous with my wife and kid while I was at work. They were fast and efficient. Answered all my questions and cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new A/C unit. No complains from me or my wife.
