Started at 6:30 and was gone by 10. Dealt with issues that arose and left a machine well fitted and no mess.
He was recommended to me and I will in turn recommend to others.

I cannot recommend their service from start to finish highly enough. The surveyor was very knowledgeable and worked out the best solution for my installation, with minimum upheaval or intrusiveness. The installers were also very up to the job and carried out specific instructions from the technical guy,He, to the letter.

This company definitely cares about their customers and getting the job done right. I would like to thank the project manager, Roman, for taking customer satisfaction seriously. I will absolutely be calling them again if I need any HVAC repairs in the future!

The tech was awesome. He called ahead of time to let me know he was on his way and showed up right on the time. Completed AC work system checkup and gave me a detailed reports o everything.

The AC went out at my Spa unexpectedly and it was sooo hot… I was afraid I was going to have to reschedule my clients bc it was so muggy but Fuse was really quick to respond. They answered my call with the first ring and came that same afternoon to repair it. The best part was how clean and quiet they were while fixing it. I could hardly tell anyone was there! I highly recommend them to anyone who needs quick and professional service.

Got 2 AC units back in the summer done. Done a great job . Very professional and clean and tidy job all round.. And got them back for AC units in my loft conversion . Great job again

Our AC system has been very funky this past summer up until recently. The worker that came out to look at it was amazing, he was super helpful, transparent, and gave us our options in order to fix out our AC issues.

During the hurricane, our AC stopped working. I made some calls and discovered that other places had a $250 minimum fee. When I called the company, I was told they only charge for service calls. It was excellent. I was then informed that a service member will get in touch. The staff said they might be here between 2:00 and 4:00. Today, five minutes after two, they arrived. They outlined the problem and provided an upfront price warning. Others would have attempted to upsell and overcharge us. The personnel was really trustworthy and professional. I'll give you a call and ask for them if there are any other concerns. I appreciate the positive experience.

This company really helped me a few years ago when I had problems when I moved into a new property and I have used them ever since. Their service both from the office and from the engineer’s is excellent on every level. They are polite, very knowledgable and very respectful of one’s home. I highly recommend them.

I really had a good fortune to have them with us!!! As the tech was our long time knower and he is a an of honor and knowledge as well. He is patient while giving a quote. Would use them again for sure!!!
