The service tech called ahead to let me know when he would be at my house and was on time. He took proper precautions and wore booties and a mask in the house. He was very professional and checked and cleaned the inside unit and the outside one. I am always very satisfied with the professional service people at Holtkamp and am a long time customer.

Kevin was very professional and efficient, building customer confidence.

This year they came and performed maintenance and inspection. Nothing was wrong, nothing needed repair. Answered all my questions, arrived on time and finished promptly. I appreciate their professional manner.

Latest encounter:
After having an amazing experience with Holtkamp in the past, when I had a compressor go bad, I didn't hesitate to call them. Looking back, I should have gotten at least a second opinion/another quote. After speaking with family friends in HVAC business, it seems I paid quite a PREMIUM to replace a compressor and coil!! While holtkamp is reputable, professional, and got the work done in a timely manner, I guess it is always good to get another quote when any type of work is needed- especially of this importance and potential cost! I was also a little disappointed concerning lack of follow-up (especially given the size of job). Also, some visible vents (in master bedroom) were obviously dented but Holtkamp was fine installing them anyway.

Don't waste time doing any more research! Call Holtkamp if you are in need of any heating/cooling services! We recently bought a home and had a different company come out to do a "checkup" and address a concern we had with a noise that was being made when the heat turned on. We were told by the other company that a blower motor needed to be replaced and that it would be a $500 plus job. JEFF with Holtkamp came out, looked at a few things, pulled out a pair of needle-nosed pliers and fixed what was causing the racket in minutes. The system was determined to be working fine. No more noise to wake me up when the system runs at night!! No expensive repairs. Very knowledgeable. Great customer service all the way around from the initial phone call to follow up after visit. Affordable- even cheaper than what we paid for the other business to come out and falsely diagnose our problem. Can't say enough good things about Jeff! He was very thorough, offered some great advice, and was very pleasant to deal with. We are so grateful. The experience with Holtkamp was completely different from the visit from the other HVAC company. Very happy that we got a second opinion and ended up calling Holtkamp! Thank you, thank you!!

Holtkamp did a great job of installing my new heating and A/C. They arrived on time, installed the unit and showed me how to operate it. They were safe at all times in dealing with me. The unit is operating properly and I am very happy with the work.

The previous company supposedly cleaned our heat pump, couldn't figure out why we were getting water through the ceiling. When I saw dead bugs inside the unit right after it was "cleaned", I knew I had to call someone else. So I called Holtkamp.

Making a convenient appointment was easy. I got a call when the tech was 10 minutes away. The work was one well, the tech professional and knowledgable, the price reasonable.

What more could you want?

Our Tech Brando was courteous and professional. He gave us an extremely detailed account of all work and recommendations including pictures. Felt appreciated as a customer. Did not try to up sell. Definitely calling again in the future and would highly recommend.

Everything I could’ve asked for and more. Got a walk through of my system quickly diagnosed the problem and explained what we needed to do. He got the part and installed it in less than 24 hours. Both Brandon and this company are truly amazing.

The technician came over immediately said we needed a new unit after over tightening the security lock on the king valve (whatever that means). How do we know this??? We called another company for a second opinion. Now, we do have work to do but not nearly the cost of a new unit. Shame on this company!! ☹️

Update
Today my husband spoke with the owner who was very responsive. If you are looking for a good AC place this may be the place to go. I think his actions speak loudly for having reached out. 😊I haven’t experienced that with other companies. Hopefully, he will read my update…thank you for caring enough to make things better.
