The Technician Brandon H. was courteous, responsive and straightforward with me regarding the issue with my A/C unit not working. He even let me know how I could save money by purchasing their yearly maintenance package, especially since my unit is an older model.
The best part is my appointment was set for 4pm, and the Technician was able to come almost 3 hours sooner!
Thank you again Brandon, I'll definitely be getting that maintenance package!

Wonderful professional experience! They provided same day service for our business on the two times that we used them. Unfortunately, I do not know the techs name, but he was very informative and at the end of services, they send you a picture of the issues they found along with the invoice. I highly recommend this company!

This was my first time using Holtkamp. I contacted them initially for an Aprilaire \ American Standard steam humidifier install estimate. I agreed to the installation and added their maintenance program. Install and first maintenance were October 10. Installer and maintenance techs both professional, on-time, seemed to know their work. Time will tell. Happy with what I know to date. Online chat rep very responsive and thorough on several engagements. Sales person always engaging, thorough and highly responsive.
Had an inclusion then cost issue regarding the wifi thermostat which also controls the humidifier. From the beginning, I had two requirements. Add humidity & control via wifi. Never changed. I learned at install that the “complete” estimate did not include the thermostat. Didn’t mention it as optional. Completely silent on the subject. After some back & forth on the thermostat’s “optional cost”, I agreed to a negotiated, reduced thermostat cost. I am not happy about the additional cost for the thermostat. This is an expensive installation. Even at a reduced amount, the thermostat was extremely high, an unnecessary issue & a cost I should not have had to pay. I feel they fell short on this issue. That said and at this point in my engagement with them, I do believe they are a professional, quality, honest & worthy of your business organization. Time will tell.
