Ross called to let me know when he was on the way, was courteous when he arrived, and saved my furnace! He quickly diagnosed the issue, showed me the problem and explained the repair that was needed. The price was very reasonable and I will definitely use Holtkamp again. Being able to set up an appt online and their quick availability was a plus!

I finally had to part ways with my previous annual maintenance contractor, and spent weeks studying the reviews of all the Trane and American Standard shops servicing my area.
This was only the first visit - the fall inspection. It appeared that Kevin was VERY thorough. Holtkamp appears to charge substantially more than several other companies I checked, BUT it appears their maintenance inspections are equally more thorough.
Kevin did find one item that needed replacement (a pressure switch) and suggested cleaning the squirrel cage - of which he took pics of to show me (!). While I thought the price for doing that cleaning was, um, well, high, I also know that that has NEVER been done since the system was installed fifteen years ago, so I'll take it. I'll add to this review when he comes back to do that work.
We'll see how they do over the next year, but right now I'm VERY pleased with the apparent quality of work.

Brandon came out for our periodic maintenance check today. The system is in great condition which is what we wanted to hear two years after installation. Very happy with our A/C system and how it has performed. All the usual steps were completed and Brandon, as always, was very courteous and professional. Holtkamp meeting expectations and would recommend.

thank you Jesus that my a/c is back on.... and thank you Holtkamp... Brandon wasn't just "on time," he was early! and he quickly identified the blown capacitor and fixed it. It was a hot weekend and now we are cool in body and minds thanks to Holtkamp. this is the first time we had to use them for a repair but for 15+ years they have provided maintenance and it is a pleasure to write this review for a company that does such excellent work.

Kevin serviced our mini split and cleaned the coils. We were pleased with his service.

We appreciated how quickly Holtkamp was able to get someone out to repair our HVAC. Kevin was professional and thorough. What a relief that it was just a clogged drain, and a Caitlin inexpensive repair. Highly recommend Holtkamp!

System overloaded, and froze. Brandon came to my house with two hours. Notice on Fourth of July. could not have asked for better service.
