The service and customer care were excellent from m beginning to end. The customer service answering was friendly and booked the appointment without any difficulty and also called me when there was a cancellation! They sent a reminder text and the service person gave me a call ahead of time to let me know when they would be arriving. Service man was pleasant and did what needed to be done. I would definitely recommend this company!!!

Pedro and other tech (I'm sorry I can't remember his name name) were EARLY to my appointment, diagnosed my problem and fixed it quickly! They were helpful and kind. After getting stood up by 2 other companies, I wish I'd called Holtkamp sooner!

This was my first experience with Holtkamp. I chose them because of great reviews and it is a locally owned family business. Ashley in office was very pleasant and took time to ask questions and get information. Jarrod the technician was very thorough, knowledgeable and broke down my issues and options very clearly! He also was able to do some things immediately to help until the parts arrived. I could tell this is a business that values the consumer and trains staff to the customer first! I would definitely recommend this company to a friend.

Angelo and Jose, were very polite, professional, on time, neat and clean. They came in, got right to the job and gave use a quality job well done. Now our house is nice an cool all the time. Robbie Lee the sales professional. Was upfront and honest about what we needed and how to go about it. He was also very polite and professional. Holtkamp was outstanding for us over the last few weeks. Ashley was great setting up our maintenance visit. Brandon Hamilton was our first contact when he came to do maintenance on our system. He hated to tell us that we needed to replace our 15 year old system. Matt Hubbard was our next contact and he explained our options and guided us through the process of selecting a new one. Angelo and James were with us today for the installation. They were outstanding getting us up and running. We could not be happier with everyone we interacted with and will sing their praises to anyone who need help. Gold stars to everyone involved.

I have been using Holtkamp for our heating and air for over 15 years and have NO complaints of any kind. They have always taken great care of our account and needs in a timely fashion. Great group of folks at Holtkamp. This business has lots of competition and I am always fielding calls to replace Holtkamp for less cost and I always say no as I know good service is worth paying for.
