I called when my a/c died. They had 3 window units placed in my home immediately and on top of that, my new unit was installed 11 days earlier than planned. These guys weren't just extremely professional, they were so "down home" that it felt like it was neighbors showing up to help out. 😘

Had problem with heat pump and the technicians checked to find the old part. They were not able to find the part but set me up for a new install. Cost was reasonable but install was delayed a month:( Although there was a delay, they came when they were originally scheduled. Completed the take out and installation in the same day. I appreciated technicians recommendations on change to route hoses.
I will use them again in the future!

Great people to work with. My HVAC system completely died in the middle of a heat wave, at the beginning of the weekend. Since they were closed on weekends, they loaned me a window unit (free of charge!) to keep one of my rooms at a nice, cool temperature until Monday. They worked fast replacing the entire HVAC system and I had A/C again in a matter of hours.

Hands down the best heating & air company in the area. I can't recommend them enough. They are top notch from the sales staff, to the techs, to the office staff. If you're looking for honest, friendly service look no further than Sam Pickren!

My elderly parents were charged over $800 for an initial AC repair attempt, 2 failed $85 follow-up repair visits and the unit was still malfunctioning. After spending over $1000 with this company, my parents were forced to call another company and the problem was diagnosed and repaired on the first try. UNSAT!

Update: The company contacted my Father and made amends.

They fit me in fast for an AC service. They were super nice and explained things to my husband. We did everything thet said and we have noticed a huge difference in how are ac is running.

Called on a Sunday afternoon and technician explained pricing for Sunday calls. We elected to wait till Monday. Technician came and was very professional and fixed our problem. Would recommend this business to others. Great customer service.

I will only and always use these guys! They were very honest and helpful and took away huge amounts of stress that other ac repair places caused. They deserve 10 stars!

This was the second company we considered and just by the friendly voice on the phone we decided to use this company.We had someone come to see our unit right away.The employees gave us our options ,we're not pushey.They let us decide what we felt we were comfortable with.They gave us a quote in a timely manner and at the end of the installation did not come up with any extras that we did not count on.They also lent us a loaner AC because our unit would not be in for two weeks.The other company we considered did not offer any of this.We are very happy with the service we received and would recommend this company to all our friends.
