These guys came and worked on my unit to try their best to get it to stay working until the new one was installed. Even put in a couple window units to help out in this heat...they showed up and worked in the heat nonstop until they were finished....

Been waiting for two days for someone to come to seagles to look at our walk in cooler Friday night and Saturday I called back no call no show

Very good company to deal with price was the best after getting other quotes they had a new heat pump installed within a week and only took 5 hours to dispose of the old units and install the new units.

Poor customer service. Everything is based on the $85 service trip. No one can tell you even if they have part on hand. Alot of money for no answers. Unimpressed. Maybe you can guys can stop sending all that money on billboards and answer a question once in a while.

Not worth $85 which by the way is all they know how to say over the phone. Their service was so bad I had to threaten to stop the check just to get them back in the same day. It's why the South lost the way. Stupid and lazy, even a hundred years later.
