We are so pleased with this company the the crew of guys that came out to install new a/c unit and heat pump. A huge thank you to Josh, Noah, Pierce, and Thomas; thorough, professional and excellent work ethics to provide a solid team. If anyone needs a/c or heating work done, I strongly suggest Sam Pickren. I gave them 2 stars, I have used them several times for service and this will be the last. They have always been right there when I need them, the next day at least, and can't ask for more then that. Unfortunately the last time they placed a gold part in my ac apparently. Charged me over 100 dollars for a part that runs between 12 and 19 dollars online and at a store in Yulee. Next time I will just call into work and do it myself. I don't mind the service call fee but don't kill people on parts on top of the service call, that's just a crazy markup for people that don't know better.

We've used them a few times for different things and have always had amazing service! The one time we didn't use them, the company we did use did low quality work and I'm so thankful to Sam Pickren for working so hard and correcting the mistakes others left. The just replaced out condenser and they went above and beyond and they are always so professional. Can not recommend them enough!

Sam Pickren Heating & Air is a Great company!! Just put a new a/c & heating unit in for me. Very respectful workers and very polite. I would highly recommend them. I have been using them for years. Thanks to Darrell for setting everything up and taken care of what I needed for my home. Thank you!

We have called on Sam Pickren in the past. We were told to call them because they are the only Train dealer able to make repairs to our system. They got us up and running. About a year later it goes down again. They come out, the tech tells my wife the system is 4 lbs low on Freon. He recommended to charge it without leak checking it, so he did. (200.00 or so) 4 days later it goes down again. We call them and we’re told that it would be around 3 days to a week before they could come out again. ( 106 degree w/ heat index) So we called another a/c guy out to charge the system. We have a 6 month old baby and a disabled family member. The other company tells us it was 1.5 lbs low and charges it. We knew he couldn’t make permanent repairs and was there to buy us time . Pickren tech shows up while the other company was here. We tell them why he was there and that we didn’t know Pickren was coming, but we wanted Pickren to Diag problem and repair it. The tech diags it to be a dryer leak and a very expensive card around 800.00 for the card plus the other repairs. After they leave and we are told Pickren was going to make repairs after ordering parts, we get a call and they refused to come back because we had another company to charge the system for temporary relief. We explained why they were there and they still refused to come back. Well, what can we do, no other company can make the repairs??? Ed comfort solutions can they are in Yulee and do service our area!! They came out and made the repairs for 300.00. After all Pickren helped me out because I found Ed comfort solutions in Yulee. I know that when they charged the a/c and said 4 lbs low they only had a set of gauges and a Freon can. How did he know how much Freon was charged in the system???? Calibrated arm I guess?? The card Pickren was going to sell us just repaired itself??? Why only charge a system without finding a leak??? Ed comfort solutions said they needed to find leaks when a system is that low because it’s only going to leak out again. Thank you Sam Pickren you guys did a bang up job and helped me find Ed comfort solutions in Yulee. I saved money from what you guys were going to charge thanx again. I highly recommend getting a second opion if you deal with these guys! Ed comfort solutions is a good one to get that!

Justin and his crew are top of the line when it comes to the HVAC installation. Just used them to do a full change out on my AC and they surpassed my expectations. When you're talking to these guys you feel like you have known them for years, very friendly and professional. Highly recommend and I will be using them again in the near future!

We have used Sam since 2006 when we bought our house in Osprey Cove. We used it on weekends only, and now it is rented out for 3 years. Sam has been so wonderful to use for emergencies in the AC system with the renters. We gave them the go ahead to do emergency repairs and they trusted us to just send the bill. Such a great business, nothing to say but good things. Many neighbors use them also. Thank you Sam and co.

I ask my subdivision group network site for a recommendation for AC repair service.Sam Pickens company was mostly mentioned.I call and they told me it would be about 3 days before they could come out,but can put it on a waiting list,and Said they if any cancellations I may get service earlier.I was called next morning and was told they had cancellations and had a repairman in the subdivision and ask could he stop by.He came within 2 hours and repaired my unit and got it running again.Repairman(Allen) was very knowledgeable and professional and polite.I will call them again in the invent I need help again..thank you so much.Mr Whipple..

Best HVAC in the area. They are dependable, very nice to call and stop in for questions, service technicians keep your home clean while doing their work, they are polite and do not leave until everything is working perfectly.

From the start this team was professional and helpful. They limped our old system along up the date they were scheduled to replace it. Exact estimates and negotiations of options were provided all the way by Justin Paulk. We asked for a specific type/model of thermostat and we got it. When they arrived they were not only on time, but a few minutes early and that was appreciated. Everything was replaced without leaving any mess, the system tested fully, and warranty information explained in detail. I cannot recommend them enough.
