We had our AC changed out by Josh, Pierce and Sam I think. All 3 were friendly, respectful, and professional. They did a great job. Not only did they do the changeout but they improved our system by sealing the return ductwork, they improved the support system in the attic. This was done by Josh (team lead) and Darrell (service manager) after they got I site. I would rate Sam Pickren as "get it again good". Thanks guys you did a great time and I would recommend you to everyone.

We had the best workmanship from the team at Sam Pickren last week. Justin did a great job helping us determine just what system we would need in order to accommodate adding an extra duct line for our sunroom as well as increased cooling in two rooms our old system just wasn't cutting it. They arrived on time and reviewed what they were planning on doing, we agreed, and by the end of the day everything was ready to go and working great. They were very patient as well, as we actually started all this 5 months ago and told them we wanted to wait til spring, and they had no problem with that.

Darrell and Justin, the reps from Sam Pickren Air Conditioning, did an excellent job getting my A/C back in business. In the midst of the sweltering heat that I was experiencing inside of my home, they reached out in a timely manner, were punctual to the appointment, was efficient with time and resources and made the repairs speedily. If you just must go through battling the heat, I HIGHLY recommend Sam Pickren for quality, reputable A/C service! Thanks Darrell and Justin!!!!

We hired them three years ago to replace all the duct work under our house. A week afterward we had to replace our AC unit because they had placed it on its side during the job. We didn’t complain because we were going to replace the unit within a few years anyway.

This year we decided do have projects done to the house. We were told by a local construction company, two pest control companies, a plumbing company and two AC/heating companies that the duct work was done incorrectly resulting in costly damage under our house and our expensive electric bills and all our ductwork had to be replaced again.

I have never in my life been more disappointed in a company as I have been in Sam Pickren Air Conditioning & Heating. When I purchased my home in 2015, they, (Sam Pickren Air Conditioning & Heating) reached out to me (unsolicited) with one of their business post cards, introducing themselves and letting me know they installed my unit with the previous home owner and have been servicing it and wanted to know if I would like to continue the business relationship. I didn’t have to anything, they would transfer the warranty and they would start coming out every six month. I agreed and I “assumed” everything was good. WELL..... last year my Air went out and of course I called them And spoke to Calli and she said she had never heard of us didn’t know who we were and no warranty was in place. We tried to explain but since she couldn’t even find any record of us or of them coming to service our unit, she basically called us a liar for even thinking the unit would be under warranty. She was so rude and unprofessional to me and my husband. We emailed her the paperwork showing all the service calls receipts and the warranty but still she didn’t believe us. We had them fix it anyway due to it being so hot and we knew of no other companies in the area. Jump forward to day, June 30,2020, our air went out again less than a year from when the last time they came out. I called and spoke to Calli. With her disrespectful attitude AGAIN! She said she would not be able to send anyone out in the perceivable future. Our only option would be a after hour call or we need to find someone else. Calli has no ability for customer service nor empathy. I thought the whole reason you go into a business relationship with a company and show them loyalty is so if something goes wrong they will do their best to take care of loyal customers. Calli is rude, abrupt and makes you feel like your problem or situation is insignificant. You have to hear a long drawn out list of reason and excuses as to why Sam Pickren can’t do their job. No I don’t recommend Sam Pickren. Mad at myself for being loyal to them and believing they were going to take care of my ac/ heating issues. I guess the last laugh was on me and my husband for thinking they would stand behind their customers.

Sam Pickren was great to work with. We interviewed everyone in town when we're needed repair and upgrade of our existing system. Their prices were good. And their service was friendly. They really seemed to care about what they were doing and customer satisfaction.

We received 5 quotes for our new HVAC system. They came in tied with Lowe's, but for the same quote Sam Pickren offered more services with it. Their price also included changing out the copper pipes and upgrading our electrical box. Justin came out to give us our quote and he was the only guy who came out and acknowledged my mother in law, whom was staying with us at the time. He was friendly, southern manners and all, and knowledgeable about our needs. The day of the install, everyone was there on time. Justin arrived with his guys to make sure everything was good to go. He left three men to work, Roger, Mike and Luis. These men were polite and knowledgeable. They worked solid for 5 hours to get our system in place and up and running. They left my home as clean as they found it and took their garbage with them. I couldn't recommend a better company to work with.

My AC was going out and I called Sam Pickren air and heating to come out and give me a quote on how much it would cost to have a new unit installed. They came out that same day and also got a quote to me the same day. All workers were very polite and professional. They showed up on time and got the job done in one day. If you are in need of AC service in Camden County GA you should definitely call them.

They came out the same day on fact within an hour of our call to them to fix our A/C when the house temp rose to 85 degrees since there was no A/C. Had to open windows but was extremely satisfied with them.

2 things I figured out the day they came out
-They charge $85 an hour for labor
-Labor is not included with most warranties... So they may replace the failed component but the manufacturer only allows part replacement under warranty..

Definitely call them if your A/C has issues!

My husband and I couldn't have been happier with the professionalism and friendliness of the technicians. Even in 100+ degree weather, their work was well-done, they were polite, they cleaned up afterwards, and their prices were very fair. Also, they were extremely helpful (and patient!) when explaining to us our new system. We've already recommended Sam Pickren A & I to several friends and highly recommend them to anyone needing A/C help.
