AC went out, so I called around and decided on Bob because of his demeanor during our phone call and my perception of his competence . It was the right decision. He came out when he said he would and quickly diagnosed the problem. Pricing was good and fair. He could have gouged me but didn’t. The work was great and fast. 5 stars.

Bob Roy is great at what he does. He has helped me with my air conditioning and furnaces for years. He is professional and he goes to great lengths to make sure the customer is happy. Highly recommended.

Bob responded to my heating issue within hours. He was diligent in finding the issue and followed up for several days to make sure that the fix held up. In the end, he only charged me a minimal amount. He provided no unnecessary repairs or parts, when I wouldn't have understood if they were required or not.

I had done business earlier this year. My A/C stopped work.. I called Bob to make an appointment but was told he wasn't taking appointments. Where was Bob when I needed him. Finished with Bob's A/C.
