Scott is the kind of business owner that I Love to work with. He is honest, fair, personal, local and family owned. His pricing is very competitive and he was able to give us a 16 SEER unit for 10% cheaper than one of the big guys was quoting for a 14 SEER unit. His crew is courteous, component and did an awesome job from delivery of materials to sweeping up at the end. I Love doing business with locally owned small businesses and Scott and Southern Airflow exceeded my expectations.

Scott is the best! My air conditioner and furnace were replaced. The guys installed them within three days of my air conditioning going out. They even supplied me with a room air conditioner so I could stay in my home. Highly recommend them!

I sent Scott a message on the 4th of July and by noon the next day he was out fixing my unit. Scott was professional and trustworthy. I have an old unit and instead of suggesting spending $1000s on replacing it with a new unit, he made me aware that there was a $125 repair option available if I wasn't quite ready to replace my unit yet. I will always be contacting Scott with any future HVAC maintenance/needs and will be recommending him to all of my friends and family. Scott Dickerson and his team have been wonderful to work with! Our AC went out in the scorching high heat of GA summertime and he was able to get us a top notch system at a very competitive price. Scott and his team are the best in the business! They have replaced/installed new equipment for us and have also diagnosed and repaired units that aren’t quite ready to be replaced (but are getting close). Super honest, professional and reliable- and won’t leave you hanging with no heat/AC like other companies will! Highly recommend these guys for all HVAC needs.
