Scott Dickerson came out the next day and discussed my options with me, due to the age of my system (18+) I opted to replace system. Within days they dropped the new system off and removed old system and replaced with new system. I can't say enough about the professionalism and efficient work done by Southern. I have found the company for all my HVAC needs. Great service!

Found my new HVAC company! I needed a new company for yearly maintenance and for a repair on a HVAC unit. I was impressed with my initial call with Scott. First, the number goes to him and not a office staff. Second, he took the time to call the HVAC manufacturer to see if my unit was under warranty (other companies I called did not even bother to check).

Long story short: Scott offered a very competitive price and was very courteous and professional, along with his crew. I had Scott repair/replace a bad coil in one of my units and had him take over maintenance for the other units. Scott completed the job, at the agreed price, and even provided me information on registering my HVAC for an extended warranty.

Good to find someone that keeps to his word!

Scott, the owner was responsive with a detailed quote.He seemed very honest and trustworthy on the phone when discussing our project.
Well, wouldn't you know, it snowed heavily on the day of the install! That didn't stop them form being on time! Cecil was at my door promptly and ready to work! They entire crew was considerate by wearing their blue booties and laying down tarps to protect the carpet. It was an install of one complete system and another furnace so it was a long day for all of them. Cecil and his crew were experienced enough to point out errors made by the previous A/C installer, that provided me confidence in their work. Lastly, they cleaned all the work areas and checked the systems to ensure they were fully functional before they left. Definitely would recommend again! Thanks again Scott and Cecil and their crew. Highly recommend Scott and his business. I called and he promptly came to look at my furnace. He was back within 2 days to replace it. He was very professional and courteous and explained the issues to me so i could understand at a very competitive price. I highly recommend them!

I needed some work don on our HP/AC and Scott came over on a Saturday with less than a days notice. A lot people would have said no, and even more would have taken advantage and charged outrageous prices. Not Scott, he took his time, and ensured we were all fixed and charged us a super fair price. During the last few 100 degree days, moved Michael, wife and 4 little kids from Ft Bragg to GA. If that's not enough stress to deal with, the AC goes out in the house he just moved to.
