Bob’s Heating and Air was the most professional, prompt, and educational HVAC company I’ve ever worked with. They were extremely quick to not only respond, but to get to the home and take a look at our issues. They took the time to explain everything as well as show me exactly what needed to be done and offered many tips and insights to help us keep our unit efficient during the process. When the work was done, it was well done with high quality. Fair pricing was icing on the cake. I highly recommend Bob’s Heating and Air and will definitely continue to use them going forward.

Very glad we worked with them to get a new system, increased air flow, and an additional duct to a bedroom suffering from high summer temps. Fair price, smart recommendations, and no games or sales pressure. Bob is great, lots of knowledge regarding maximizing air flow, and his team executed the plan perfectly. Also spoke to 2 name brand companies; prices were higher and only 1 of 2 even had suggestions on how to increase air flow.

What to say.... Just fast, great, reasonably priced service. Called in the morning. The technician (Josh) was at my door by early afternoon. We had an ongoing problem that nobody could explain or fix for years. We are now back to 'normal', what a relief. (especially my wife!) Everything is working the way it is supposed too. Every AC company should strive to reach this level of service. Highly recommended.

Bob is a wizard! He diagnosed a difficult to detect issue very quickly and got our AC up and running in a short time. His rates are very reasonable, and he’s really pleasant to work with. We feel very lucky we found him and will definitely be recommending him to neighbors and friends.

Bob was our savior this week! Our AC went out in the whole house and temps were reaching 86 inside. I called a few companies and they werent going to be able to come out for another 4-5 days. I called Bob and he was at my door within an hour.

He immediately knew the issue and was quick to get it fixed. He talked me through the process and showed me some maintenance methods to make sure the issue does not return. His prices were VERY reasonable and I will recommend him to anyone needed Heating or Air servicing.

We have used Bob (and his team) several teams over the past three years for a variety of jobs - annual maintenance, an AC repair, and an AC replacement. Each time the response is almost instant and the appointments are kept promptly.

The latest time was the AC replacement/installation - Bob came out the day after I contacted him and was able to arrange the installation of the unit, improvements to the ductwork, and installation of a new thermostat THE NEXT DAY. Two days to get a complete AC replacement with upgrades. Incredible.

Bob communicates clearly, has tons of knowledge, and has always exceeded our expectations. I can't recommend him and his team enough.
