From my first call, the entire Keith Heating & Air team seemed knowledge about their business and were able to quickly answer my questions. Response time, scheduling, pricing, etc was all very reasonable. The team that was sent to my home for duct cleaning was very courteous and efficient. I will call them again!

Came back and fixed things even 6 months later that he couldn't do due to the cabin not being built yet.

We discovered mold in our duct work after removing a vent cover. I thought it just needed cleaning by someone trained to deal with mold. I was very wrong. After talking to three different companies, they were all in agreement that the entire duct work in our attic needed to be replaced. Steven from Keith H&A called me back immediately. He was great to deal with; and frankly, that sold us on Keith H&A. Also, a friend of ours had previously used them and highly recommended them. The three quotes were all close in price, except Keith H&A was going to clean our downstairs duct work in addition to replacing the ducts in our attic which made sense to us. It wasn't an easy job. We were very pleased with the job that their team did. They were finished in one day. I would highly recommend Keith H&A. We are glad that we used them and we WILL use them again.

These guys are always willing to come out at a moments notice, even on weekends to help get my A/C up and running. Very professional and great to deal with.

They set me up with a unit that will give me good service they were very nice they went above and beyond and I am very well pleased with my new heating and air unit. I would definitely use these people again because they were very nice and very professional thank you Keith heating and Air ☺️

In the event you are without heat or air, most often, we are desperate. Their customer service is stellar and the response time is second to none.

What a great experience. I called when I noticed outside light in my main air handler in my new house. I figured that wasn't normal. A Technician was out within an hour, and he was wonderful. I wish I could remember his name, but I believe any of their technicians would be just as nice.

He ended up bending some sheet metal to wall off the area that was exposed, and game me some information on what the cause could have been (oversight during the build). I also asked him to check my smart thermostats that I installed myself, which he did no for charge, they ended up being installed properly, and he was on his way.

I would definitely recommend Keith Heating & Air. 11/10

A few months ago, we called Keith Heating and Air when my mom’s unit stopped working. They had it repaired within 2 hours, for a reasonable price, and the techs were very nice to my mother. Last night my HVAC finally died and they are installing a new one this morning IN THE RAIN! We definitely recommend Keith!
