Keith was amazing! He came out even earlier than expected, which was a plus since we were dealing with no air in July. It took him about 15-20 minutes and our issue was resolved. He was very friendly from the moment we called. The price was also very reasonable. I would recommend and use this company over and over. I'm a satisfied customer!

CALL THEM NOW! Zach cam out on a weekend and diagnosed our situation in about five minutes. We were back up and running in short order. He was great to deal with, friendly, right on time, and informative. The repair cost was inexpensive. When this old 1996 unit gives up, we are calling these guys to replace it. HIGH MAKRDS FOR THIS COMPANY!

UPDATE: We finally had to replace the 27 year old unit and called Keith's right up. Fast, professional and got us back in business in a few days. We are very happy with the work and the service. Well done guys!

Technician was professional and did a great job. I was told I would be charged a $65 service call plus repair. I was charged $200 for a $65 service call and a $20 capacitor. So I paid $115 labor for 5 minutes. I will not be using Kieth Heating and Air again.

Great knowledge and expertise! I like their check and clean service that gets my HVAC ready for the heating season in the fall and again for the cooling season in the spring. They reworked ductwork in my last remodel and did a beautiful job that resulted in a very comfortable house. It was a three-story challenge but they knocked it out of the park!

I have used Keith since 2000. They have installed and repaired AC units in multiple homes I have owned. A true family run business that stands by their work. Tim Keith and his wife Lee are truly one of the kindest couples I have ever known.

We got estimates from three companies and only Keith presented us with solutions for our most pressing concerns. We had a complete system installed to replace an old outdated inefficient system. The work was quality and we are very happy with the results.

Zach fixed our air issues while also doing some maintenance that we were unaware we needed. He was knowledgeable, personable, helpful, explained how to perform upkeep, super chill, and all at a solid price. 10/10 will use this company again. The good folks at Keith Heating & Air have gained a customer for life ! Last evening my AC unit went down and my wife and I spent a miserable night with fans trying to keep the house livable and I began calling local companies for help most of them didn’t return calls or couldn’t schedule a technician to meet for several days to a week. Keith called me promptly when they opened this morning and by this afternoon my home is cool. Thank You for your help and professionalism.

I was extremely pleased with Keith Heating. The unit I had at the time just wasn't worth putting any more money into; it had been a "problem child" from the very beginning and the company that had been servicing it was happy the repair contract had run-out and they suggested I buy another unit. I decided I also needed to find another company with which to do business.
I began researching customer satisfaction reports and chose two companies to talk with; the first one was excellent, but the price was high. Keith H&A was a very different experience...the owner came out to see me, asked a lot of questions and made the same suggestions the first one did, but the difference was in the personal manner he displayed and the price was significantly lower for the exact same unit.
The installer were excellent! They truly worked as a team in spite of the fact one of them was a relatively new employee, but he functioned as an experienced worker and his partner (the team leader) checked everything.
I am extremely well-pleased with the unit and the workmanship that went into the installation. I highly recommend this company!
