Service Not as Good as it Once was.

I have used Keith Heating and Air on multiple occasions. They came highly recommended, from other companies that said they were unable to work on my Heating and Air system. I had, pretty much, the same two Technicians, each time I had issues. They did take great care of me. The Technician​ that was here on 7-June-2017, was very friendly and seemed to be a very competent fellow. He told me I had a leak in my coils and I would need to either need to replace them or just replace the whole unit. The quote was for cheaper units, as I was told, but the cost was much higher than it should have been. I was told that the refrigerant was now illegal and in the future, getting parts or refrigerant for my 10 year old unit, would be almost impossible. So, I needed to replace. After multiple calls to competitor's, I was told I was incorrectly informed. The refrigerant is not illegal, it is expensive. The unit may not need replaced but may be a good option. The cost of replacement, not as high as I was quoted. Again, in the past, Keith Heating and Air did take good care of me but I'm not going to call them back to my home. After having a conversation with one particular company, I had more information given to me in fifteen minutes, than I have gotten in a few years of using this current company. They are not horrible but there does appear to be better options out there.

Last week my heat stopped working. I called Keith Heating and Air and two nice technicians came within two hours. They found a minor problem, and repaired it for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them!

Fixed my problem very quickly and without trying to sell me a new unit (mine is very old). Price was extremely reasonable and they had the part on the truck, so no waiting. I am very pleased with their service and will use them for all my heating/ac needs in the future.

All of my experiences with Keith Heating and Air have been very positive. Always prompt to answer my calls and quick to fix any problems that I may have. A real pleasure to do business with them.

Called at 8:15am and Keith was in my driveway at 9:37 am , that’s what I call fast. Had my problem fixed in 20 mins and found out I was a little low on Freon. Reasonable pricing too. Thanks Keith heating and air.
