Slade from Canady’s Air Conditioning did an amazing job at coordinating and completing replacement of an old AC unit at my home today. A redo of the ductwork was also completed without any issues. The attention to detail was outstanding and very much appreciated. I would recommend him and his team to anyone in need of residential air conditioning work of any kind.

I am very impressed with this company. I have a major plumbing problem at my house that has caused extensive damage and to date have had 3-4 different techs from Canady's at my house. Just like all of the ones before him, Logan was completely professional, timely, courteous and direct in his communication. I am not sure who owns and runs this company but they should be very proud. Very good company to work with!!!! Glad the first couple that I called could not get out to my house initially!

Brandon, our technician did a great job. An issue with the air conditioner was diagnosed and the recommended repair presented in plain English with pictures of the component needing the correction. We will be using Canady's in the future.

Installed new water heater. Pleasant, polite and very efficient. They

Our tech was Billy Tingley and an assistant. They both were very
professional.

The heat pump had gone into defrost mode and I mistakenly thought there was something wrong with the fan motor, shutting down the system before it had a chance to finish defrost mode. The technician quickly figured out what had happened and explained it to me before turning the system back on. Everything worked the way he said. He cycled the defrost switch recreating the exact condition that I had mistook to be an issue. This left no doubt in my mind that the heat pump was ok with no fan motor issues. But he went on to run a complete set of diagnostic checks on the entire system to ensure that no unseen problems. Kevin Sorrels is a completely knowledgeable and totally professional representative of his company. Happy customer!
