Kevin showed up on time. He worked quickly and professionally. He kept us informed on what he was doing and clearly explained the issue when he finished his diagnosis.

The whole team was great!! From the first guy to come out, to the guys that did the installation, everyone was extremely knowledgeable and patient with our many questions..They were also very efficient, they had the whole system done in no time..THESE GUYS ARE AWESOME!!!!!

Canady installed a recirculating pump so that we can get hot water quicker to the house. Billy was extremely professional. Explained what they were going to do, answered all my questions and was in and out fairly quick. Work looks like it was installed professionally. We moved here about six months ago and it’s been wonderful to find such a quality company as Canady’s. Prompt, professional service every time we’ve called.

Service Technician was on time and very professional. Technician explained what he found with each of the AC units and made recommendations on repairs or replacement.
Overall very satisfied with this company and I do plan to continue using there service.

Billy and Andrew arrived when promised to remove 2 old water heaters and replace 2 new units. They were conscientious of my property when removing and installing the water heaters. Very professional and knowledgeable. Very customer service oriented!

Kyle was here to do a routine yearly maintenance on our HVAC system. Upon his visit he listened to a few concerns we had with our system and found 2 capacitor's one on the condenser and the one on the air handler that were not operating at the proper voltage levels. Our system now turns on and off more sufficiently and now the heat and AC both blow better than it ever has. This was one of our concerns that the system did not seem to blow out of the vents enough. Little did we know.after his departure of replacing the low voltage capacitor's the heat now.blows better than it ever has. Improper sized and functioning parts helped the system draw the voltage it needed to work more efficiently. Nice job Kyle. We feel he is a very knowledgeable and thorough technician. If we ever need future service with Canady's we will ask for him.
