Yet again, Canady's were prompt, helpful, and reassuring in getting a technician out to us. Justin diagnosed the issue with our A/C very quickly, fixed it quickly, and was friendly and helpful throughout. Great service.

Canady’s is a lifesaver! They came out super quick and were so friendly and professional. They answered all of our questions and we really felt like we could trust them to tell us the truth and not hide fees or charge extra or anything like that. Highly recommend them! Justin and Kevin were awesome! After Justin finished his diagnosis and we learned we needed a new unit, Kevin came out the very same day to get started! Living in Savannah there is constant AC issues, and Canady’s has been our best experience by far.

Their techs are very helpful and informative. While I always sense a bit of upselling, the techs do a good job of explaining which services you should consider and which might be better done at a later date. If I am being honest their prices are higher than the local guys, but the work, efficiency, and professionalism are unmatched. You pay a little more for the peace of mind that the job is being done right, and being done by an expert. Matt has been out to service my unit 2 times (third will be next week, each visit was for a different issue... bad installation done by another company...) and he has been great! Has my machine humming as well as a plan to keep it running great.

We have used Canady’s plumbing service several times. They are experienced and professional. They usually have all the parts necessary and get things fixed quickly. We have also used them for new plumbing installation and they did a great job.

Caleb Bennington was awesome; I was out of town and had family at the house when my AC went out. He was great at communicating throughout the process, super polite and understanding to call and walk me through things. Fixed the problem quickly. Highly recommend!!

Canady's was amazing! I don't know where to start! They came in and checked out my AC, it had leaked water everywhere. Cleaned it up, but froze the next day. Came by for free to check on it, arranged an appointment for later after it thawed. Our technician, Caleb, was friendly, polite, and respectful of my house and pets. Located a leak in my line set that a previous AC company said they could not identify and did not resolve. Financing was quick and easy. Can not thank you enough for the peace of mind this gives me!

The technician was very kind, professional and knowledgeable on explaining different types of hot water heater tanks. The price was very reasonable too. We were very pleased with the answers he gave us. He made us feel very comfortable on making the decision to hire them.

My technician was Edwin Ramos. He was very nice and professional. I forget the name of the other young man who came but he was very nice and professional also. They came and installed a heating and air system. I liked the way they moved about very quietly and cleaned up before leaving. The system works great and the price was far less than the other quotes I got. Great job! I highly recommend this company!

Yes, I didn't meet Devin in person, but he was very responsive over the phone and detailed my issues. I had such faith in him through our conversation that I asked him to continue to service both units semi-annually at both duplexes and will contact you all for my own unit as well as family members. Good Job Devin!

Mike did a great job for us. Helped resolve an issue with our shower valve. We had trouble getting the correct valve for replacement from local plumbing supply. Mike contacted Kohler directly and explained the issue and shared photos and was able to get the correct valve sent and then returned to complete the repair and installation of new hardware. Also completed through review of plumbing as well as flush and service of tankless water heater and repair of recirculating valve. He went above and beyond to ensure we had the correct parts. Also did great cleanup when he was finished. Very professional and personable. Would definitely use Canady’s again.
