They were prompt and professional. Quickly resolved another plumbers oversight and tied in remaining plumbing of a bathroom renovation. We have used Canady for HVAC and Plumbing for many years and have been very happy.

Needed a leaking kitchen faucet replaced and the tech spent 2.5 hours preparing a quote for a water heater replacement instead. He didn’t fix faucet because he “didn’t have the channel locks or tools”. Of course I was charged a trip charge… why was he sent if he couldn’t do the work?

I made an appointment as a preventative measure to check the plumbing in my downstairs bathroom. James came out and provided stellar customer service. He was personable, extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. He took the time to answer all of my questions and explained technical things in terms that I could understand.

Donavon and his crew were great! They were professional and kind. There were a few hiccups along the way but in the end Donavon ensured all of them were fixed! He spent his time addressing our issues/ concerns and even did some small things we said we’d do ourself.

Every person from Canady’s that we spoke to, was honest and really knew what they were doing. We were quoted less money with other places, but we were not confident in their work. You get what you pay for and I am so glad I spent more and went with Canady. They really know what they are doing! It’s so nice having it done right the first time!
