Today is the day!!! We got our 2 water heater tanks replaced with 1 tankless system. The techs were on time, awesome personalities, got the job done in one day, and no mess left behind. I’m super excited NOT to have 130 gallons of water in old tanks in my attic. I no longer have to hear knocking and banging due to sediment build up. Reps gave me options to Plumbers Club for ongoing upkeep at a discounted price! Will definitely use this company again when I’m ready to replace my furnace. Thanks for being so fast to come out! I expected it to be several weeks but it was the next week! Thank you!

Exceptional service from Logan. Very professional, polite, and explained everything in plain simple language as he went through the process. He wasn’t pushy in the least and took the time to answer all my questions. I would highly recommend Logan. It was a pleasure to deal with him.

Mr. Otis Lockhart was a very professional technician and installer that knew his job, very reliable and made excellent time, very quiet and had professionalism in the quality of his work in the Installation of two new HVAC systems. HVAC system inspection performed. Videos were taken of all steps and shown with guidance from technician on what was appropriate. System passed all inspections except blower noted to need cleaning which will be done next service. Advised to install primary float in drain to prevent water from backing up into interior of blower and evaporator chambers. Technician provided detailed differences between exterior and interior floats as mine has exterior only. Guidance and explanation from technician have prompted my decision to install the internal float on next maintenance visit. Overall, this company only uses the best professionals in this industry, and they are the only company that I have let near my HVAC system since its installation by them around 2008. They react immediately to my needs and to any issues with my system. I have used their after-hours tech in the past and in pouring rain the same day the tech did his utmost to get my system functioning. Prices are good and commensurate with the services they provide. I rate my current service at 5-stars due to the thoroughness of my technician and the quality of services they provide. Great job guys!!!

The customer service is amazing. My technician is Blake and I am beyond grateful for him! He was patient, efficient and extremely knowledgeable. I would recommend him to anyone.

Andrew was professional and very knowledgeable in helping me understand what the problem was. Hated that I had to have someone come out 4 days after getting a brand new system but Andrew really helped us out.
