I am a bit nervous at this point. I have read some reviews after agreeing to have an install. My grandmother highly recommends this company and I will trust her judgement and pray for the best. I truly try not to go solely on reviews because most of the time they are written off of emotion. I can say that my sales rep was extremely helpful and I did not feel pressured at all. Olivia was amazing today when she did our 6 month maintenance! She was very knowledgeable and made sure I understood everything she did. Also she showed me the correct way to replace our filter in the unit. She sealed the unit to stop air leaks. Couldn’t have asked for a better tech! Hope she is the one to service us every 6 months!
