Zach was amazing. He was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. We could tell he prepared for our appointment having gone through our service history. His attention to detail, even in the small things like parking on the street, was unparalleled. We will definitely request him again.

I had an appointment for today between 2-4…at 4:45 I decided to call the main office as the tech had not shown up at that point…I received a call earlier in the day asking if we still needed our appoint (I scheduled one, so yes)…when I called the office the woman who took my phone call initially stated that he was still at the call before us. After a lengthy hold, I was told “since you didn’t answer or call us back, he moved to the next job on his list.” I feel like I’m in an episode of Seinfeld; so you can make the reservation, but you can’t KEEP the reservation. I had someone at the house all prepared for the appointment, but since I was busy at work and couldn’t return your phone call, I just get skipped and blown off (without notification by the way). Really disappointed in the blatant lack of customer service!

I’ve been a Member+ client for several years. I can always count on prompt, professional service. Recently my AC broke. I called the after hours number and got an appointment for 3 days out. After a sweltering day w/o air I called the office. Kelly explained that she would do everything she could to send a technician out ASAP. She even offered to follow up with me after she got off from her shift. A short while later Aaron called to let me know he was otw. He identified the problem and repaired my unit. Kelly and Aaron ~ I appreciate committed service above and beyond!!! Thank you so much!

I were ’m a bit late posting this review, but better late than never. Last week, my AC was leaking air and Darlin was sent to address the issue. Darlin was the sweetest and most professional technician I have encountered!!! Having him in my home for that short time was like having family in my home. With a name like Darlin, it’s no wonder he’s so charming and knowledgeable. He fixed the issue that 3 other companies could not. I will be requesting Darlin for all my AC needs (even though I may not need it because my AC works great now)!

I love this company. Everyone has always been so nice, even when you call. I purchased a brand new unit in 2018, and I love it. I had a service check today as part of my warranty plan. My service Tech's Zach and Chris were awesome. Zach has been to my home several times previously and has always been so professional, nice, and informative about my unit. Chris was also nice, professional and informative when explaining the details about my unit. Thank you guys for coming out today for my maintenance check. Zach and Chris are AWESOME!!!

Service experts are the best. Today Technician Olivia-Grace came out and did an excellent job getting my A/C unit ready for the heat that will come this summer. She has taken care of my A/C unit in the past and is always professional, informative about any issues there might be and thorough in her work. I Look forward to seeing Olivia again, if not her all their Technicians are professional and thorough and do excellent work.

James did a fantastic job on our 6 month maintenance appointment! Not only him but all the technicians that have given us service are always on time and responsive to all of our questions.

Rob and Aaron were great!! I called the company only hours before they came out. They got here right on time and were super knowledgeable about their craft. Didn't recommend me anything I didn't need, which I appreciate considering HVAC is NOT my realm. 10/10 would recommend Coastal!

James and Chris came in today to due our routine maintenance. They were very professional and discussed all aspects of our system. I highly recommend to join in on the maintenance plan, they come check your system twice a year and no cost to you for them to come out and do a check up on our system, it’s all included in your monthly maintenance cost.
