Highly recommend. We have used Holt Hudson HVAC three times . Our air conditioning unit was making a racket. I called and left a message. John returned my call quickly and was over within an hour . There was bolt loose on the external fan. Problem solved and. I charge due to 2 year warranty. We have always received prompt and professional service . Will continue to use them and recommend to friends and neighbors.

John was fantastic! Responded on a Sunday. Worked us into his schedule quickly. Followed through. All you want in a professional.

John and his team have consistently exceeded expectations for our needs (major and minor) to keep us in our comfort zone. Prompt. Knowledgable. Honest. Fair. I recommend him without reservation.

John and his team were great. From the quoting process to installation, they communicated well and worked with us to find the best solution to replace 2 units. Installation went smoothly and their team were neat and tidy. Highly recommend Holt Hudson again!

John has been maintaining / repairing numerous AC systems of ours at 3 different properties over a period of about 5 years. We also purchased a complete new system to replace a 15 year old unit last year. He is always very responsive, sometimes even scheduling for the same day. I would highly recommend him for service on your existing systems, and also any new HVAC systems needs.

Update for May 2021.... The review below was written after the install of the first (of three) systems (so far) installed by Holt Hudson. Google won't let me add separate reviews for each of those systems, but they would be five stars as well. I'll simply add that the experience I had with my first system has proven to be typical of the other three system installs John has performed for me. Holt Hudson is scheduled to do a fourth install in a few days, and he will get all of my HVAC business, personal and for clients, going forward. Because he has earned it.

Also, ask about a cash discount...John can avoid the 4% to 5% plus credit card merchant fees if you pay with cash or a check, and has been willing to share the savings with me in the past. I'd guess he'd do the same for you if you ask.

I'm a mechanical engineer, so I know a little about HVAC (enough to be dangerous...) and understand that up-front quality and ongoing maintenance makes machines last longer. Buy quality, maintain it, and you'll save a lot in the long run. Even so, after 22 years, all three of my Trane systems are getting a little long in the tooth. One was struggling along, and needed to be replaced. John provided me with a prompt, thorough and very competitive quote for a new Trane system (it's all he sells.) He dug into the specifics and recommended a system SEER and size that made the most sense for MY home and situation. He made it clear that there were 'fancier' options, but didn't try to upsell, or worse, oversell me.
John kept us informed of the project status and when the day came, arrived on time. The crew was in and out before 2PM, and cleaned up and verified I was happy before they left.
Couldn't ask for more from a supplier...especially in an industry were 'snake oil' is common....so I've asked them to quote more systems for me and clients.
