Every time I’ve called upon Holt or John, they’ve provided exceptional help in a timely manner. They are professional, kind, courteous, and skilled. John replaced my AC in November and cleared a clog and performed repairs to the auxiliary drain line today. He made sure my unit was working properly before he left. The appointment was scheduled for 8 - 10am. The tech arrived about 7:50am, I arrived home from gym at 8:05am. I noticed the hose was used in the front of the house and followed the water trail to the outside AC unit. It looked clean. came back to driveway to see the tech pulling down the driveway. Stopped to speak with him. He said everything looked good. the ac filter was in upside down for air flow purposes. This was the shortest ac system service I have ever experienced. Charges were $125
