Scott was amazing!!! So friendly!! He was so patient answering all our questions. He checked everything and made sure we knew about everything needing done. Because of his excellent service and suggestions we signed up for the annual maintenance program!

I have used Paul's for years, always with excellent results. This most recent experience was no different. In addition to regular maintenance, I had a specific problem with a duct and Anden was able to assess and alk me through potential causes and solutions with clear explanations. Highly recommended!

Anden was extremely professional and courteous. He exhibited a level of subject matter expertise that made me more than comfortable with him and understand the work ahead. 10/10 would recommend Paul's Heating & Air and would specifically recommend Anden for any level of service from basic maintenance to critical emergencies.

I just thought the guy who came by was a nice and pleasant young man. I really appreciate the way he put something over his shoes, so he wouldn't track mud in my home. This day he came by it was raining. Great company!!

This was the first time using Paul's air conditioning, and I couldn't be happier. Scott was our technician and he was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He diagnosed our issue and found another problem and fixed them both. He also explained the zones in the house and which thermostats controlled them. Amanda responded very quickly to my email to make an appointment and we had great communication. I will definitely be using Paul's air conditioning in the future. Thank you guys:)
