Scott came out and diagnosed the problem immediately. He was very knowledgable and professional. We signed up for their maintenance and will use Paul's Heating & Air whenever we have any issues with our heating and air.

Tech was here on appointed time. The tech checked my system and quickly found the problem. He repaired my unit and now it purrs like a kitten. This company is friendly and efficient and the price was reasonable. I recommend and give 5 stars.

Paul's Heating & Air installed our HVAC unit and ductwork last year and we could not be happier. We needed maintenance today and Scott came out quickly and made sure all was well and that all of our questions were answered.
What we love about Paul's Heating & Air is the fact that each team member makes you feel like family and never tries to hurry through their appointment. They take the time to listen, answer questions, explain issues fully, and make sure you are 100% satisfied before they leave your home.

This company did a great job installing our A/C and heating. Scott and his helpers did a great job. Scott was very informative about the unit. Also, Amanda was very helpful with what had to be done. They were always on time, and that is a plus for us.

My experience with Paul's Heating & Air for the past year has been excellent. They are text book when it comes to customer service. They are professionals through & through. Their technicians are highly knowledgeable & skilled & incredibly thorough. They're fastidious in making sure they do it right the first time and making it right if they're not perfect which is rare for them not to be perfect. They take pride in their work. They want to do a great job and that positive, constructive, productive attitude shows. We recently had to replace an aging AC/Furnace unit (17 years old) and the installation of the new Carrier Performance Series was flawless and efficient. The technicians were focused & diligent making sure to dot every technical "i" and cross every technical "t." Also, even though Carrier can be a bit more expensive than some of the budget brands such as Goodman, Carrier and Paul's Heating & Air stand behind their product and their service. It's all about the installation & maintenance, so, with Paul's Heating & Air you not only get an excellent product in Carrier but you also get consummate professionals who know how to install the equipment properly & maintain it properly so you can get the most out of it for many, many years. If it isn't already obvious, I can't recommend Paul's Heating & Air enough. It's money well-spent — a great value for your hard-earned dollar.

These people are awesome! They came out and repaired my AC and it’s blowing even colder than when we first bought the house last year. They even gave recommendations on how long my AC unit may last which I expected based on the age of the unit. But overall, great experience. Very professional. Will be using them again for my AC needs. Highly recommend!

Pauls’s HVAC came today, on time, and the technician Scott was very knowledgeable and answered my many questions with patience. He offered me several options and did not try to sell me what I didn’t need. They are trustworthy. I strongly recommend them for the fair prices, integrity, skill, and thorough completion of the job.

The bar was set pretty high for these guys given their Google reviews. They were able to squeeze us in the same day. Scott came out and was very informative and helpful. I will definitely be using Paul's Heating and Air for any future heating and air needs. Way to live up to the hype!

I’ve used Paul’s Heating & Air twice once when my AC broke and once when my heat broke. The scheduler always answers promptly, is super efficient and gets appointment schedule within the same day or a day out. Both times we had Dustin as our service provider. He was excellent, very knowledgeable and professional. He was even kind enough to humor our 4 year old son and answer his questions. Highly, highly recommend!
