Paul’s Heating & Air are amazing they came in while we were working got everything fixed and were done before we got home. I have cameras in my house and could see them working very professional. They wore shoe covers, covered my floor and cleaned after it was done. Highly recommend them. Chris and Amanda are beyond professional and friendly.

Dustin was very knowledgeable, respectful, and arrived 15 minutes before the appointment time. His service was excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to use Paul's HVAC for any repair or replacement needs in the future.

I had a routine service done on my AC units to make sure everything is running properly for the hot summer ahead. I have had probably each technician that works there come out to the home at some time or another, as I’ve been a customer for the past 13 years. Every one of them have been extremely courteous and professional. They take the time before and after to explain what work they're about to preform and what was found or done afterwards. I Highly Recommend Paul’s Heating & Air not just for service but also for installation of new units, as they have done one of those for me as well. Just a great group of men and women to work with.

I have always had excellent service from everyone at Paul’s Heating & Air! From Amanda and Marilyn in the office, to Paul, Chris, and all the guys in the field. I called late Wednesday afternoon with what I assumed was a burned out blower in my AC system. They came out Thursday and quickly confirmed my suspicions. They replaced it and had my system back up and running in no time. They were polite, friendly, and professional. They were also reasonably priced and only did the work necessary to get my system back to normal. I'd highly recommend!

My seasonal maintenance visit was a few weeks ago. I called today because my system was making too much noise. Scott came out and was very methodical in checking every possibility and solution. He was here for over an hour and I was not charged.
