We prefer to use local small businesses when possible, and Paul’s Heating and Air has provided several services to us in the past few years. They are always friendly and polite, and provide great service at a reasonable price!

The technician called prior to coming. Super polite and he asked if I needed him to stop at the store to pick up anything for my family. Nope, I'm not kidding... Customer service is free, but yet it's the hardest thing for some people to give away. Not Paul's, these guys get it. I'll be calling them for service again, but hopefully not soon! Thanks guys!

Paul, Amanda, and Dustin were very knowledgeable and professional! They answered all of our HVAC questions, assisted us on choosing the right HVAC replacement for our second floor, and guided us on how to setup our new Wi-Fi thermostat. We look forward to hiring Paul's Heating & Air Inc to replace our main floor HVAC next year!!!

The tech was highly professional. Was quoted +/- $89 when scheduled and after all work he did, was expecting bill to be higher. It wasn't and he briefed us on what to watch for on AC performance going forward. Excellent job.

Don't use these guys there dishonest they tell you your furnace isn't any good and leave you sitting in the cold in below zero weather called another heating and cooling guy he found the problem and it was just clogged from moisture and got it up and working and Paul's tech was trying to sell me another furnace and purposely discounted my thermistate and said it was also broke and had a short it was brand new and there was nothing wrong with it I reported him to the town stop ripping people off that's not the way to run an honest business. STOP TAKING ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE!

Chris from Paul's Heating and Air came out on time, found the problem ordered the part for it. Very professional and courtious. Would recomend this company to anyone who is looking for a HVAC company for any work that needs to be done whether it is for routine mantiance or for a complete new system.

We had a 2nd Infinity system install. As with the 1st install the guys did a GREAT JOB, they cleaned up after the job was complete, they answered every question we asked. You could not get a better company, all the folks at Pauls Heating & Air are friendly and know what they are doing.
