AceTech arrived within 20 minutes of the call. They put on overboots before entering. They asked a couple of questions about the issue. The technician worked for about 20 minutes. He then came down and explained the root cause of the failure and what he did to correct it. The system has been working correctly since the work. All this on a very cold Christmas Eve. Great job!

Beyond happy with the professional, timely and quality service that Ali provided. Our A/C unit broke down and few other contractors that were familiar with our building structure could not provide timely solutions that could get us through the summer. Very responsive and professional. I have used Ave Tech for years for my home HVAC maintenance and repairs. Just recently had to change an upstairs unit as it was almost 20 years old and leaking. Very happy with both the price and install. I would highly recommend Ace Tech.

He was amazing! It was 7:30pm when we realized our upstairs AC wasn’t working at it was nearly 80 degrees in our bedrooms. It was the night before we had 15 people coming into to town to stay with us so it was super important we had our issue fixed ASAP.

He picked up on the first ring and was out to us by 9:15pm the very same night. Thankfully it was an easy fix, which he promptly completed at a very fair cost. I will certainly be using this company again and already have recommend to my neighbors!

Ace Tech is awesome. Arrived home after work on a Friday evening to a warm house because outside unit was not functioning. Called Ace Tech and they made a point to visit us that evening after they finished their last job of the day. They quickly fixed the unit and charged a fair price to do so. The Ace team did a fantastic job replacing our 17 yr old HVAC system. We received quotes from 4 different companies and not only was Ace extremely competitive, they also were able to provide the most options when it came to units to choose from across a range of prices.
They were able to promptly schedule the install and had the whole system swapped out in just a few hours.
We even called them back out to see if they would reroute the system drain pipes from the unit to give us more storage space and they came out the next day.
