I found this company on yelp and I'm happy I did. They are very professional, competent and fast! I'm seriously going to use them as long as I live in Atlanta.

Moving forward, My air wasn't blowing as much as it could because the blower was clogged up. Comfort came out and made a difference. Checkout the pics below.

We had an issue with our A/C turning on and called this company to come out and diagnose the issue. A guy came out and diagnosed that some of the wiring had been switched around by the previous homeowners for a smart thermostat and they needed to be switched back. The technician fixed the issue in less than 30 minutes of stepping foot in our home. No wiring or extra supplies needed. It was such a quick fix that he solved the problem before even discussing the time it wound take or pricing to fix it. We were told prior to them coming out that there would be an $85 service fee, which we agreed to, but after the work was completed the guy said the total cost would be $250. He had no explanation for the cost other than “it’s a standard fee”. The technician was nice and was able to fix the issue, but completely failed to discuss pricing before completing the work. We were prepared to pay whatever it cost to fix it but we felt like that price was completely disproportionate to the work. We called the ownership after the technician left to question the charges and they said there was nothing they could do about it. We feel completely taken advantage of and would not recommend this company to anyone. As new home owner who were looking for a company we could use again in the future, we will NEVER be using them again. BEWARE this company so that they do not do this to you.

Phenomenal company where customer service is a top priority! Nothing worse than waking up to broken heater in the winter - these are the guys to call! The office was very responsive and had someone out to me ASAP same day. Jesse and Ken were incredibly helpful and made 100% sure everything was completely fixed and warming before they left. Highly recommend!

I have been a loyal customer to Comfort Shield for 5 years. I have always been pleased with my service. Ken was my original contact and we have formed a great customer/business relationship. Jesse came out to do a routine check up and he found an issue that could have been serious down the road. He took the time to explain it to me and came back out the same day and fixed it a very fair price. They also service my job and do a great job that's how I came to find them. After one service call I cannot say enough good things about this firm. While others wanted me to commit to a paid service call before they would even talk about my issue and its potential costs, the Comfort Shield staffer I spoke with over the phone talked frankly with me about potential costs before I scheduled the service visit. The team I interacted with was knowledgeable, professional and a few minutes early. Ultimately the repair was much less costly than I expected - and I wasn't pressured to buy an annual service agreement or extended warranty. I highly recommend this company.

Selecting an air conditioning repair company in Atlanta is difficult at best. Finding Comfort Shield was wonderful and just in time for the next wave of hot humid days. The technician diagnosed the issue and had things working again shortly after arrival. Then, I was surprised when he explained exactly what was happening and what was broken.
