Ken was amazing. Such a nice guy, honest, and up front. Very reasonable prices. You better hope that your HVAC breaks down, so that you can call COMFORT SHIELD. Well, maybe I wouldn't go that far...but he did like the fact that our cats were watching him work!

I want to thank Comfort Shield Heating and Air Conditioning for helping me out as a first-time homeowner. A friend referred me to Comfort Shield Heating and Air Conditioning because my dryer vent was clogged. It wasn’t until after Ken and Jesse were onsite that I learned dryer vent cleaning and maintenance is not a service they usually provide. The guys were diligent in their effort to trace the path of my vents and then clean them. It was a messy job that they handled kindly and professionally. They really went above and beyond. I confidently recommend Comfort Shield Heating and Air Conditioning and will definitely be using them for my HVAC needs in the future.

Ken and his team have always had our backs from day one! Ken or someone from the office is always prompt to return calls, answer questions, or offer the right advice at the right time. We’ve always used Comfort Shield and will continue to do so.

Originally connected with this company, and Ken, through Nest support for having issues with my thermostat. He was far beyond helpful, and incredibly intelligent (and willing to explain things to someone less knowledge than him). He was honest, and fair. At the time he didn't know I ran the HOA for my building and because he treated me so well he won the contract for my building's HVAC needs. I recommend him to everyone now!

With dual-fuel, I was actually forced to use a "Pro" to install my Nest thermostats (you can't even find wiring diagrams online). I used the Nest finder to locate three HVAC pros, and Comfort Shield's not only came in lowest, but Carl told me over the phone why one unit didn't even need to be relocated. Ken and Jesse came out and installed the Nests VERY quickly, and even called to see if they could come early (but, of course). Very good customer experience from beginning to end.

Ken was great. Have used him for two years now. He seems to have integrity. Not like some of the other companies who have gouged me before finding Comfort Shield.

This company knows what they are doing. They got my a/c up and running again in no time. They were very professional, proficient at their job, and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend them for all your a/c needs!

Comfort Shield is punctual, honest and very nice to deal with. I would recommend them to anybody. They don't jerk you around at all or try to up sell you on things you don't need to make a buck.
