Honest, reliable and great service. I would highly recommend Comfort Shield for any HVAC repair or furnance repair (they have actually repaired both my A/C and Furnace). Really nice guys. Even went an extra step to make sure I was ok with gas leaking in. 5-Stars.

Ken did an excellent job diagnosing our A/C issue when previous contractors came out with no real answers and suggested more expensive alternatives. Ken arrived promptly to install and finish the job.

WOW!!!! From Carl (who answers the phone) to Jamie and Kevin who worked on my A/C unit - they know the meaning of CUSTOMER SERVICE! They are honest, reasonably priced, fast serviced-complete PROFESSIONALISM! They didn't try to rip me off; like another HVAC company did. They will be my go to HVAC company and I will refer them to my friends and clients. Thank you guys for taking such good care of me.

True colors come out eventually!! I used Comfort Shield once and was pleased with the work, boy was I fooled! I decided to use them again for my primary residence and one of my rental properties in Snellville, Ga. When I call the young lady had no problem booking my appointments, I even asked her if Snellville was in there service area. Fast forward 3 days...I receive a call that the A/C isn't working. I call Comfort Shield and request after hours serivce....never received a call back. So, I follow in the morning (5/9/16) explaining that I didn't receive a call back. I would like to add that I was calm and politie. The gentlemen I spoke with...explained that he handled my original service call. Let's just say he took every opportunity to blame me for him wasting his time going to Snellville. He went on and on about how Snellville was way outside his service area, he tried to call me. I had no missed call or email about the visit. I explained that asked prior to about the service area..he claim the lady was trying to help me out. You don't HELP people by leaving them with a broken A/C that was working just fine before the maintence visit. Then act like it's an inconvenience to come back for the repair!! The gentlemen had no manners when speaking to me. Next time I want good quality service, I'll call Moncrief...NOT these unethical workers!

Ken from Comfort Shield is the best! He knows his stuff, works hard, and treats you like a friend. Its nice to know there are still some people out there who take pride in their work.

Reliable, friendly and professional set of people. Had a malfunctioning ac in the middle of summer. They came within a few hours and fixed it with minimal fuss. Did not try to up-sell or up-charge. Always my go-to guys for service & repair

I absolutely love these guys! Our AC broke down in the sweltering summer heat, and Ken left his dinner to come in and fix our AC before our night business was lost! From the friendly Carl on the phone, to Ken's personality, they are professional without being a generic stick in the mud! I'm so glad I found these guys!

After $2000 worth or repairs they said they cant help us anymore because we were "misusing" the system. We were actually trying not to freeze in our house and using electrical space heaters. They took 12 days to get back to me to tell me that they wouldnt warranty the work and didn't want to work with us anymore. Disappointed in them for sure.
