Comfort Shield Heating and Air Conditioning, LLC

Ken worked on our AC unit earlier this summer when it broke down (on a Sunday morning!). We were so impressed with the quality and promptness of the service that we decided to purchase the "Guardian Maintenance Plan" from Comfort Shield. Ken came out today for a routine maintenance visit that is part of the plan. He arrived right on schedule and did a thorough checkup of both of our systems, cleaned them, changed the filters...even put new batteries in our thermostats. It was not a rush job, even though it was covered by the service plan that we have already paid for.

Thanks Ken - It is a great to have one less thing to worry about because we know how to get dependable help if we do have a problem of any kind!

Great experience. I did online scheduling and someone contacted me within the hour. We set my appointment for a day and time that was convenient for me. They called 30 minutes before they were to arrive. Great, quick service, and fair and honest pricing. I highly recommend them.

The prices were reasonable for the annual service.maintenance agreement and the customer service was great! Two guys showed up to my condo and took the time to check everything and clean everything thoroughly. They were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They explained to me everything that they were doing as they went along. I am very pleased.

Being new to the USA I was duped into getting a groupon for a furnace service at a cheap price by a rip off merchant who tried to tell me I needed a new furnace - even though they had never looked at it properly.
I called Comfort Shield for a second opinion and the guy came out and talked me through my whole system and set up. he opened up all the units and explained what he was looking for and what good or bad conditions would look like or present themselves as.
He took the time to service it and provide me the knowledge I needed and charged exactly what they quoted.
This year I had no question I called them and they came out to service all three of my units (2 furnace and air units and one air only). They provide a great service at a really amazing price and the workmen I have experienced have been top quality and really nice people.
I would not hesitate to recommend Comfort Shield for anyone looking for a heating or air issue or service.

Excited about my new Nest Thermostat, I called my heating and air people and got a quote. Nest also sent me a list of qualified nest installers. Comfort Shield was on the list below my heating/air people. So much less, I thought too good to be true. I just had to wait a week, because they were booked. Now I know why. Great service, on time and even early on the day of the appointment. Thank you!

It was easy to schedule and they came on time. They fixed our problem with our air-conditioner. We had another company come out prior to Comfort Shield that insisted we needed two new parts which would have cost way too much and we really did not need. Comfort Shield did not try to take advantage of us like this other company and saved us a ton of money and aggravation.

Dan was very nice, the team was able to come early, provided clear communication when they could arrive. Arrived on time, worked out some issues on the HVAC and spent extra time problem solving as issue. I would recommend. Fair pricing also.

I have worked with Ken and his company for many years. He services about 20 units for about 15 commercial tenants. I have to say overall they are the best team I have had in 20 years. Ken is very qualified, helpful, and responsive and all tenants say he is respectful! I highly recommend Ken and COmfort Shield for your HVAC needs.
