Comfort Shield came out to my house to perform a furnace tune-up and to replace a flex pipe with a solid gas line. I was able to schedule the service for the following day. Ken was on time and performed the work as expected. The services were fairly priced. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and answered all my questions pertaining to my heating system. I will definitely be using Comfort Shield for my next heating/AC needs.

Comfort Shield is on the NEST Thermostat list of recommended vendors. Ken solved our NEST problem quickly. NEST paid for the service and could not believe the very fair price charged. I was so happy with the work completed that I signed up for their annual service plan on the spot. Ken returned a couple days later and serviced our heating system, and did a great job. I would highly recommend Comfort Shield Heating and Air Conditioning.

I was very impressed with Comfort Shield's initial service at my home. They are competent professionals, of course, which is a basic requirement. But what sets them apart in my opinion is their transparency, courtesy, and a truly service-oriented mindset. I would recommend them to anyone for HVAC maintenance. Since no one is perfect, I generally don't give 5-star reviews, but I make an exception for Ken and company.

Comfort Shield Heating and Air Conditioning provided an awesome service! They called to set up my appointment on a Wednesday and were out to my location by Friday of the same week. The work was exactly as described and all of the payment was discussed up front. Stellar workers completed the task in quick fashion and were very polite. I would definitely, DEFINITELY recommend Comfort Shield to my friends. I was stressed after buying a new house and the condenser went out about 5 days after I moved in. I am a 54 year old woman with 2 teens at home and little money to throw away. The original installer gave me major drama and was going to charge me for items that were not broken as I found out later, however when I called Ken Wallis from Comfort Shield it was like a breath of fresh air. He was professional, thorough and was able to fix my problem. Where has he been all my life...someone I can actually trust. He even gave me proactive advice...which is something you rarely get because some business are out to make a buck. You better believe I have his business magnet on my refrigerator and I will tell my friends to call Ken when they have a/c issues. I even hung up his information on my bulletin board at work. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Two thumbs up!!

Outstanding service. I had an urgent issue and found the company online. They were able to come out, order the part, and fix the issue in a very reasonable amount of time. The customer service representatives as well as the service manager who completed the work were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly.
