We had an impromptu situation yesterday when we learned no cold air was blowing upstairs in our home. So my husband immediately called them, after 5 p.m. on a Saturday, and a technician(Rusty) was at our house by 6:30. Before Rusty arrived, he already made us feel like we were a priority. Extremely professional, prompt, knowledgeable, and fixed the problem in less than 30 minutes. Loved the quick and timely response to address our needs. Very appreciative of his excellent customer service and will call Anchor first for any future needs.

Got a better price for complete system replacement than other estimates for A/C system replacement only. Was able to get work done in an expedited manner despite a busy schedule. Work was completed neatly and quickly without delays or "I have to go get those parts" problems. Salesman was familiar with systems available and requirements for size and type of house. Salesman researched alternate financing available with offers and discounts despite being a small business. Many larger companies do not even try to find out "what else" is available when customers needs are unusual. Great experience all around.

Anchor dispatched Allen Davis and David Bentley to review my situation. My problem was reviewed and options were presented. A job quote was accepted and the installation was completed on time and on budget. I have always used Anchor.
