I originally got misdiagnosed from a previous company then the company tried to charge me an extreme price for my compressor to be replaced! Due to the unprofessional behavior I googled for AC companies and based on ratings came across Anchor Heating & Air. I made the right choice! Not only is this company professional but they are also honest and attentive. James priced me an awesome price for labor for my compressor to be replaced, jumped right on my issue, and saved me $700 than what the previous company tried to charge me. The technician Tommy diagnosed my problem correctly the 1st Time, was nice, and professional. Once the compressor came, the technician Adam came to repair it then he realized that the compressor from Goodman was a bad compressor. He took the compressor back and was so compassionate that he brought back a window unit for my comfort until the new compressor got delivered to be repaired. This is an awesome company with awesome workers! You won’t be disappointed!

Anchor is a fantastic company with amazing people who are hard working, fast, and extremely helpful. My AC went out and I called Anchor for help. I had a new system running perfectly within a few days. I highly recommend this wonderful company!

I had a wonderful experience working with Anchor Heating & Air Co.Their salesman Jordan Buchanan was patient and worked closely with me with deciding on the right ductless system for my home. I had concerns about the workers if they were experience or new hire. He assured me that all their crew have been with the company for years. I don’t usually write reviews, but I am doing so because I have been so pleased with the service Anchor Heating and Air provided to us, when our old system quit working. I called Anchor and they scheduled David Bently to come out and sit down with us. David was very knowledgeable in what we needed and gave us several options to choose from. David was also helpful in getting arrangements made for a payment program that we could afford, as this was an unexpected expense. My husband and I felt very comfortable working with him and would highly recommend this company and their staff for any heating and air services you may need.

Anchor has replaced/ installed appx 335 commercial systems as well as repaired hundreds of them over the last 25 years at our commercial property. Anchor’s installers and technicians are some of the most highly trained/skilled in the business. They can be trusted well enough to leave alone in your home or business. Anchor always honors their work. You can always find highly trained / skilled technicians. What sets them apart is their integrity, superior customer service, and professionalism.

Anchor Heating and Air did an amazing job. The sales rep Allen knew my needs and didn’t try to up sale me on any of the equipment. The technicians took the time to explain the equipment and maintenance. I will not go to another heating and air company. Anchor Heating and Air is honest and professional.

This was my first time using Anchor Heating to service my A/C home unit and I was very pleased with the service provided by David Walker. He called before arriving and showed up on time. He explained all of the services that were going to be performed and explained in detail what actions were taken once the job was completed. He asked me if I had any questions and explained other services if I needed them. He was very professional and had a nice smile. I will be using this company again in the future and will request David to do the work.

Entire experience was amazing. This is the second time i have used Anchor, and both times I have been extremely impressed. My tech Frank went above and beyond to assure we had air asap. I Would recommend Anchor to anyone!!
